Location is outstanding.Very central, easy walking to everything you need or might want. The staff were outstanding as well. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in identifying points of interest and also offering useful tips on events, great restaurants, and where to find an open farmacia.

The rain shower lost half pressure when I was using it, but no big deal.

It’s located a few minutes walk from the cathedral, which was helpful because my feet were sores from El Camino. They have delicious breakfast that I’ve included when I booked my reservation. Beds and pillows were ver soft. I highly recommend and i will stay here again w/o a doubt.

Unfortunately the internet connection was very poor. Travelling from another country this is one of the most important things.

The room was very nice looking, had comfy beds and was very quiet due to good sound proofing and double windows. I loved the balcony.

While the rooms seemed tastefully upgraded in this historic building, some aspects of the design are not user-friendly. There is limited shelf/drawer space and most furniture is fixed. The fridge and safe suspended above ground meant wasted space below, risk of guests hurting selves, and use of the safe being inadvisable due to warming from fridge. Television limited largely to Spanish, German and Italian channels. The bedside lights are the highest ever seen - located on the ceiling!

While on a quiet by-lane in the old city, the hotel was barely a block in each direction to shopping streets and just off the historic sites routes. The hotel endeavoured to meet my request for a light-filled room with one that had three french windows, though the neighbouring buildings got somewhat in the way. It was nice to have a balcony though the rainy weather made it redundant. One of the staff (Carlotta) was particularly patient and helpful with all sorts of enquiries - a real asset to the hotel.

Rubberized bed sheets, sweaty in winter, must be horrible in summer.

What a great place to stay! 4th floor, view over the roofs and on market. Elegant rooms, nice breakfast area. Very nice staff.

No compassion or sympathy for our oersonal circumstances. No clear channel of communication. No effort for personalised communication. Instructions sent in Spanish requested English.. nothing provided. Poor experience. All about Money not abiut custoener experience.

Room was to be a treat for two pilgrims on completing the Camino. Instead the room was small and disappointing, not really more luxurious than the Aubergues they had been staying in each night along the way although the price was a lot more.

The location was excellent. Close to the Cathedral and also the train station.

Lovely place but I ended up being charged for an extra room. Not handled professionally at all - cost a lot of extra money (and much hassle/time emailing to figure out). The website suggested we get a room with a cot, which we accepted and paid for. At some point the hotel let us know the room would not fit a cot (and my son was too old- )- Why did the website suggest this and allow it to be paid? We were then only a few days before the trip when most pleasant rooms were sold out (and I didn't have more time to research) forced to pay for an extra room just for my son. We should be reimbursed for that extra room but the chain refused.

Had to move rooms for second night due to loud noise coming from courtyard (sounded like an extractor fan or AC unit) but even with ear plugs I struggled to sleep. Second room was well sound proofed though still had a bit of noise from the bars nearby. I imagine on a weeknight this wouldn’t be an issue. TV remote didn't work in either rooms, i'm sure they would have fixed it had I raised it.

Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice interior. Good breakfast selection and was on till half 10. Check out not till 12pm. Amazing location for accessing the city centre.
