The hotel is no so close from a parking and the staff on the second day was not very friendly as opposed to of the first day which was very friendly and helpful with all our questions.

To say something: Missing hand soap in bathroom but apart from that very very good (noise in the hallway could be better) but very good I recommend it!

Not a particularly big deal, however, an English language channel or two on the TV would have been nice.

Compared to other breakfasts around, this one is a bit simple (yet Is acceptable for some people). I think if there was one person in charge of it, even part time, and a bit more of options (eggs instead of that tortilla, a few more fresh options) things could improve to make it perfect.

Location is absolutely exceptional, a few blocks away from the main attractions. Notice - the historic city is pedestrian only, BUT taxis know how to get in and if you have a car, you need to ask how to get in too, just ask locals. Rooms were amazing. Decoration really beautiful with Galician poems - outstanding. Bathrooms really comfortable, spacious and nice. Staff was really nice, helpful, amable. Thanks guys, gracias por todo!

It's not a complaint, but note that the 4th floor rooms are not best suited for tall people as the roof/celing slopes in, meaning only 40% of the floor space is useable (ie you can't stand upright in the remaining 60%...).

Located in the historic centre but away from the masses of pilgrims, yet near to some interesting places to eat, shop etc, and just 2 minutes to a main street with bus (eg to airport). Staff very friendly and organised. Breakfast good value. Beds very comfortable.

There were no coffee or tea available apart from breakfast .I would consider it essential when you are having older guests The breakfast was not adequate there was tortilla one day out of three. Surely boiled eggs could be an option. Better bread needed as there was no Galician bread but why not?

The area is quite noisy at night, so cannot sleep with the windows open to get fresh air. Fortunately there are double glasses, so if you close the window at least it gets quiet. Basic breakfast, could be better. The information says that check-in closes at 10 PM, but the reception is actually open 24/7 - it needs to be updated.

Great location, right in the city center of Santiago. The cathedral is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Very spacious rooms, clean, and with sort of balcony.

A kettle in the room would have made for a perfect stay.

The property was tastefully decorated probably quite recently. The furniture and surroundings in the breakfast room were always spotless and attention was payed to covering the food. The room was cleaned without fail every day. The hotel is centrally located and a short walk from the historical attractions.

very clean and cozy place in the city center. everything you might need is just in a few steps. breakfast is nice with good coffee an jamon. staff is very nice and helpful. few very good tapas bars and restaurants are close to the hotel.

Price was extremely expensive (we booked the night before due to circumstances outside of our control) but the hotel was wonderful otherwise.

Breakfast was fantastic, room had lots of windows and overlooked the street, beds were comfy, staff always available and willing to help, they stored our bags while we explored the city. Excellent location that is walking distance from most things.
