We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBreakfast wasn’t the best I’ve experienced- more specifically the hot food wasn’t hot enough and there wasn’t too much choice That being said, I’m fairly fussy and as breakfasts stand - it worked - didn’t over eat, it’s not an all inclusive type hotel set up so it’s a different experience in comparison to something like that Cold fruit, salad and pastries at breakfast were good and plenty of variety here Nice touch having help yourself cava available for breakfast too! External room windows wern’t the cleanest, so views unable to fully appreciate the views- apart from this the room was great! Definitely not a reflection on the rest of the hotel’s presentation.
The hotel was modern and very clean lots of great spaces decent furniture and decor that were good sized spaces a create an atmosphere and vibe - especially the rooftop lounge area The location was nice with great views and always a little more upmarket being right on a marina. Rooms quiet at night- no corridoor noise. Maybe because of the standard and respectful guests Transport train was a short walk away 10 mins or so which is nice for staying away from the busier areas of Barcelona Nearby beach walk and beaches modern and a good number of restaurants along the beachfront Staff were great and welcoming! Everything was pretty smooth and slick.

United StatesThe hotel became dirty towards the end of the day, specifically the rooftop area - lots of people come through. They could use a second shift cleaning staff. Exterior window cleaning would be fantastic! Restaurants didn’t have much variety for vegetarians.
The location was perfect for beach time and plenty of eateries & bars. The spa was gorgeous, clean and the massages excellent. Rooms were comfortable, clean and modern. Breakfast was a good value with delicious food.

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants with only a short 10 to 15 minute walk to the metro. Amazing spa and roof top pool. Fantastic room with a great view. Would definitely stay again :)

NetherlandsIt would be great, if windows in the rooms were clean from the outside. In the rooms where we stayed, they were extremely dirty, which impacted the view from the room. As there is no balcony available, it is difficult to dry your clothes/swimwear inside. The fridge is tiny, so almost nothing fits in there.
A nice hotel near the beach. It takes 2 minutes walking, to get to the Baladona beach. Rooms are comfy and clean, cleaning ladies are super sweet! The hotel has a rooftop terrace with a bar and swimming pool, where you can chill throughout a day. I also enjoyed the gym, it is compact, but has the most important equipment at the same time. Spa area is also nice as well as a plenty of massages are available at reasonable prices.

IrelandI found the room slightly pricy at 250 without breakfast. I did select breakfast while booking with booking.com but was surprised that there was none when l checked in the hotel.
The rooms were comfortable, clean ... spotless. Fantastic services breakfast and at the pool. The staff were also great at English though not their first language.

GermanyMixed feelings about the breakfast. Facility is beautiful and clean and there is a nice selection of items including even Jamon and Cava (local sparkling wine). Bread is fresh and great. Very good fruits and nice ham and cheese choices... unfortunately the basics like eggs and coffee are just terrible (but fortunately you have Nespresso coffee machine in the room and several bars in and outside the hotel) ... So at the end of the day you will definitely find something good but also be disappointed by some items... The swimming pool on the roof is really small ( but still we never had real issues with overcrowding). There are no toilet brushes available and in some rooms the toilets/showers are separated only by a glass door from the sleeping area (which is no deal breaker for us, but you should be aware of this).
The view is just breathtaking. Definitely pay for the room's with Seaview (worth every penny). Rooms are big enough and clean. Great location, away from the busy Barcelona Center, but close enough for a comfortable day trip. Great beach, shops nearby and nice restaurants with very reasonable prices. Friendly staff which solves any issues fast and flexible.
