Pillows were a little flat, but overall still a great apartment.

Excellent apartment with a friendly host that gave us great recommendations for stops around the city. The apartment exceeded my expectations and looked better in person than in the photos ( I find that a very good thing). The two rooms are found on opposite ends of the apartment which gives each some extra privacy. Great shower with good water pressure. The washing machine was put to use and worked great. There was no dryer, but there was a second private patio with clotheslines that was convenient and easy to use (so hot in the city that the clothes dried quickly). The kitchen was small, but very well organized (it even gave me some ideas for my own kitchen planning for storage efficiency). Just outside of the busy areas of Alicante, so be prepared to walk a little extra (was not not a problem for us).

Centrally located, didn't need our car while we visited Alicante.

There are no lowlights on this apartment really. If we were asked to mention anything negative, that would be the noise from the street, as well as from the neighbours, but that's not at all the owner's fault. All Alicante is full of life, we already knew it would be a dynamic night life, especially at weekends. If you're a light sleeper, a couple of ear buds will fix the problem.

The apartment is very tastefully decorated, mostly Ikea, very spacious and welcoming, spotless clean, we felt like home. There is literally anything you need: fridge, Bialetti coffee maker (plus sugar and coffee), microwave, dishwasher machine, clothes washing machine, detergent+softener, iron, even a vacuum cleaner. The lighting is so special everywhere through all the apartment, extremely welcoming. TVs offer possibility to watch Netflix, Hbo, etc. All around is quality stuff. The bed is sooooo comfortable, amazing matress and pillows. Shower is very spacious and nice. Owner very open to our needs, always available to help with anything we needed. He welcomed us with a bottle of cold water and some beers, as well as some biscuits and muffins and a bag with beach towels and a beach umbrella. Every little detail made all the difference. We 100% recommend this apartment, it's even more amazing than in the pictures! It has exceeded our expectations. A huge thanks to the owner, who made our stay so enjoyable.

Nothing, it was a nice surprise in Alicante :)

The apartment was super clean, with air conditioning, TV, the location was super central as well, close to the supermarkets and 15 mins walk to the closest beach
