Sitges is open to occasional downpours- the hotel has a lot of outdoor cabanas/sunloungers in the grounds and on the balcony which get easily soaked and take a while for the cushions to dry out.

Rooms had cooking facilities / kitchen area but no plates , cutlery/ knives and forks etc , although you could get these from restaurant

Rooms were beautiful whole design concept was exceptional The staff were incredible and nothing was too much for them ! Whole hotel was immaculately clean and hotel car was very useful especially for transfers to train station etc . The best hotel we have ever stayed in for sure and can’t wait to return.

The breakfasts are rated high here, but I did not understand why. It was the first time when in the hotels there were NO eggs for breakfast in any kind. Also, for a couple of days I spotted the station for what appeared to be pancakes, but the trick is - they started closer to 9am. The breakfast are from 7am. And I travelled with the 2 y.o. kid, so we ate early. And just because of that - I was not able to check out the pancakes. Also, almost no vegetables, and poor salad leaves, which is surprising for a location like this. With this, the restaurant menu of this place is great.

Fabulous place, where you want to come back to. I already started planning next stays with friends and a getaway for myself. The hotel is great: new, clean, calm and stylish.

Very difficult to find much fault. At times the pool bar needed a second member of staff when it was busy.

Wifi network easily confusing FREE Vs PAID. The difference is not very clear at first sight and I was charged 12€/day for all days even if I didn't mean to pay. Issue can easily be fixed showing just 'FREE CONNECTION' and 'PAID CONNECTION'

The only issue we faced was that we were told that the taxi that was booked to take us back to the airport accepted card payments however this wasn't the case and caused a minor disruption where we had to find a ATM to withdraw which also proved quite difficult.

Everything about the hotel was great. The amenities were brilliant and everything was very clean. The breakfast was superb and the staff exceptional and nothing was ever too much.

There was a smell of sewage from the en-suite but this might not have been particular to the hotel as we visited another hotel's bar and it had the same smell. Biggest issue is that the kids pool is really for toddlers, our daughter (aged 9) didn't enjoy it. We did use the adults pool early in the morning but other guests complained (even though there was no one else at the pool!). The hotel is an odd mix of clientele - mainly families with young kids (under 10) and gay couples. The two groups aren't entirely incompatible but it was quite an odd mix that didn't quite work (e.g. a disco under the majority of the rooms until midnight).

Lovely, modern hotel with fantastic staff who were warm but professional. The breakfasts were very good, the rooms were clean and the shuttle bus was very useful.

The upper pool could get a bit crowded, but you can always go to the lower pool for a more private experience.

The hotel area is stunning, from the lobby to all the interiors. The hotel area is not that big, but it is constructed in such a way that it seems very spacious with a lot of different areas. Beautiful rooms, amazing service, stunning interiors. The breakfast was delicious with various options. The staff was always very happy to help. The hotel has a shuttle to the beach and city center which is very convenient. Would definitely recommend it as a getaway location for couples of groups of friends. Enjoyed every minute of it!
