We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I couldn't fault this place. I stayed here on 16th and 17th of May and the lady who was on reception (I didn't get her name) went above and beyond to ensure I had an excellent stay. She was very busy and still managed to put my bike away in the undergroubd garage for me. Thanks again and if I ever return to Finisterre I will be sure to stay at hotel Rustico. Thanks again guys.

United KingdomNo tea or coffee facilities in the room or elsewhere in the hotel for guests. Room a little dated in places and sound travelled quite a bit around the hotel as it has a lot of wood and hard surfaces. But overall great value I would recommend it.
Lovely position with countryside and sea views about a 10 minute walk above the town. I booked a single room but was given a nice double room which was a good surprise. Characterful rooms and a very good breakfast. Amazing shower! Great value I would recommend staying here.

MexicoLike any other hotel, the walls were thin so at some point you can hear the other guests.
The room was very spacious & clean. The hotel has parking inside & in the front street so it's a plus. Delicious breakfast; they prepared the bread so it was the best one I've ever eaten. And Mayte, as well as other staff were very nice & helpful. The hotel is in a calm location which is also something good.
