We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceGenerous room size with a cathedral ceiling, brand new bathroom (with excellent water pressure!) good menu both evening and morning although slim pickings for veggies/vegans. Very nice to have a pool but sadly the listed jacuzzi wasn't available. If you're on the Camino this is a lovely treat between Lugo and Melide.

Great location for the Camino Primitivo .. right on the trail so enabled us to break up the stage that day. Great bonus to have an indoor pool with towels supplied. We were in a triple room for just the two of us - this would have been excellent value for 3 people. Staff were very helpful.

United StatesThe patio outside of the room was disappointing...dirty and not very attractive, but we only used it to dry our clothes.
Loved our stay here while walking the camino. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very attractive. Probably the best feature was the wonderful restaurant on site....fabulous! It was packed to the limit with locals enjoying Sunday lunch together. There was a lovely area outside with tables and chairs...perfect for relaxing after a day's walk on the camino. We had a two bedroom suite which was lovely. It was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also clean and a great size. This hotel was definitely one of the best on the camino.

Little paradise on the Camino Primitivo! Perfectly arranged room with lots of space to spread out & sort out. Best mattress ever, extra pillows & blankets. Everything crispy clean, fresh & new appearing. Great water pressure for a lovely hot shower after a long day’s walk. The cafe had a very tasty meal with 2 entrees, bread, potatoes, water, wine & dessert, all for 13€! Self serve buffet breakfast was good with a reasonable amount of choices. Top quality, kind & conscientious service! Best place to stop between Lugo & Melide. Best rest on severall caminos I’ve done. So glad I found it! Oh, and a lovely indoor swimming pool , too.

The hotel is in a rural area, very quiet and close to the nature. We stayed at a family room with two bedrooms, both very spacious and comfortable. There was also a big living room and a kitchen. The heated swimming pool was great too.

The room was clean and nice decorated. Bed were comfortable and bedsheets very clean. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻There is a pool (but we didn’t used it). The food was very good (I recommend to eat there even if you don’t stay at the hotel ). The staff was amazingly friendly (Begonia when we checked in and another guy at the restaurant 👏👏👏).
