Mattresses in our friends room were strange and uncomfortable.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location! Great staff, wonderful host & Chef and an amazing sommelier! We loved their local wines and food was delicious! Cute and modern decor.

Food pricy! And breakfast seemed to start late so missed.

Stunning location. The front of house guy... Hugo... was brilliant! Ants in room and he sorted straight away! Offered another room anyway. Would happily stay again.

When leaving the village, just before continuing the way to the hotel, there is a sand road that we took to get to the hotel, but it wasn't the correct one. We drove till the end of this road realizing it wasn't the correct one. I would suggest the hotel puts signs in the nearby village to guide visitors to the hotel.

    Welcoming and helping staff

Big hotel in middle of nowhere with great food (hunting theme)

Nowhere to walk from here - very rural and only accessible by car. When we arrived the hotel door was locked and we had no way to get to the reception area. We had to wait for some other people to come out so we could enter, and then found nobody in reception – turned out the staff were all really busy with a large lunch party – they did check us in once they noticed us – this may not be typical but if it happens to you, don’t panic.

This is a large hotel in the middle of nowhere with a hunting theme, but if you’re not into hunting, don’t let it put you off. The restaurant/food was excellent, the beds were comfortable, and there are terraces to sit on, and a pool (though because it is a large hotel you probably won’t have the pool to yourself in hot weather – we didn’t try it). The rooms were a good size, though a little spartan in appearance – could have done with a chair to use with the desk. Recommend for a good night’s sleep and really nice food – especially if you’re into hunting-related dishes! We had partridge salad, and two different venison mains. Hotel clearly also catered for large families/weddings/parties but we were able to stay there quietly so also fine for all purposes.

Ironicly what should have been a quiet (rural)environment was a nightmare:we had a room near the swimming pool(nobody there!)but we could not open a window due to "discotheque" music outside till 9 PM! At 2.15 AM in the morning the people in the hall were still making much noise, impossible to sleep..Nobody spoke one word of a foreign language, only Spanish..Breakfast at 8.30..Not a person in sight to open the rooM..Asked someone and reply in broken english:"no breakfast, nobody here"..Finally found somebody who got the key and yes someone showed up to give us a cup of coffee, one slice of bread and jam and orange juice...On the positive side:4 EUR only for this!..So, this hotel is only good for locals who want to"fiesta" but not for the common traveller..Not to mension it was hard to find! And finally NO INTERNET sign in our room(nr 9) so we had to go to the hall to connect...

The only good thing was the nice looking hacienda style hotel..Room was modern and large
