Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

EgyptIt was extremely expensive Euro 300/night for 4 stars hotel, some rooms were still under renovation so you might hear the work going on; but it wasn't major; I went out every morning for business so didn't stay while they were working.
Extremely clean renovated good sized rooms, comfy beds, espresso machine, perfect internet connection, perfect location, 150 m from Catalunya square, walking distance to the Marina, it is in the center of everything, was offered a room straight on Ramblas on the second floor and it was quiet and nice, very good shopping area , on the top of a nice restaurant called La Poma where the hotel offers 10% discount at this restaurant, I would stay there again, just be careful of the pick pocketers in Ramblas especially when it is so crowded on Saturday & Sunday, would like to thank the team for being very cooperative , check in was at 3:30 but they allowed me in from 1:30.

The hotel is very well located. Right on the busy Ramblas. all the attraction and gothic quarters only a few minutes walk. Many places to eat nearby. The hotel resturant is also very popular
