At first we received a room without a view. We literally looked at a wall which was very depressing. After I called with the reception, staff member Anaïs did everything that was possible at that moment to help us. After that we had a great room and a wonderful time. Thanks again!

The hotel is old the people going to the roof are keeping it busy most of the time. The price is high.

Some of the lifts seemed to be out of service, so getting in and out took longer than anticipated. The staircase wasn't accessible, so had no choice to wait. One evening, I tried to go to the terrace and waited over 10min for a lift, still didn't get to go unfortunately. Hopefully that gets fixed soon for new guests.

I like how clean it was, the amenities provided, how centrally located it was, the friendliness of the staff, how quick they actioned my general requests. It made me very comfortable as a lone traveller, and greatly appreciated.

We could hear people sneeze in the room upstairs. As well as doors opening and closing as well as people walking and talking in the corridors. Definitely not a child friendly hotel as we heard everyone from the bar upstairs every single night till past 11pm and we stayed for 4 nights.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Our room was good size and clean. Location was great and breakfast was fairly good.

The infrastructure of the hotel needs a bit of an upgrade.Of the three lifts only two worked and the two that did were PAINFULLY slow. Every guest was complaining about them. There are some rooms that are in the shaft of the rooftop bar and the noise till midnight is LOUD. So if you sleep early or are an insomniac those are not the rooms for you - they need double glazed sound proof glass. Which again is an infrastructure issue. Choose to go for the slightly better rooms because the smallest ones can seem depressing. They have a semi open shower cubicle.

The staff was EXCELLENT. Nuria, Ajay, Anais and others at the front desk were willing, accommodating all my issues and VERY helpful in booking cabs and also suggesting places. They handled the full hotels patiently like pros. The hotel is great if the area you want to stay at involves high end shopping - it is the most expensive street in town. But also close to Casa Bastilla.

Located in the heart of Barcelona, the location was perfect for my needs, friendly staff and rooms are spacious and comfy. I got a room that is looking at the inner court and it was quiet at night ! The rooftop was the cherry on the top ! Strongly recommended !

Superb hotel in amazing location with wonderful cocktail bar on the roof. Followed by stunning rooms with terrace located at upper floors with cinematic view over famous Plaça de Gràcia. We really enjoyed everything and were so sad to leave this amazing location and hotel with so kind, helpful and friendly staff. Thank you for everything.
