The room is not look like modern room, quite like old & the shower head is a bit broken and is need you to walk around 20 minute to get the station

A request for an extra pillow was not fulfilled therefore a mark down on performance of customer satisfaction. Alas I was in part of the hotel that has not been updated and again I had to mark it down.

Adequate space for everyone externally. Varied choice of food and exceptional service and cleanliness.

Staying in a single room was a drop down from the double suites. My room was cramped and dated and wasn’t worth the money I paid.

The gardens are great, nice communal areas too with a bit of funky art about.

After three times that I complained about the orange juice during breakst, that it was too warm to drink. Unfortunately, they didn t do anything about it. My room at the first level, there was a lot of noise because of the school nearby. TV was working not so good

The breakfast was goed enough. The room had no balcony and this made stay a little unconfortable. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a metro sop 500m.

Sunloungers we so uncomfortable as we’re the beds in the room. Old carpets and toilets in places. Lifts were very small and when busy you could wait for ages. Queue for breakfast if you after 9.30 was long

Location was good. It’s not directly on the beach and the steep walk to the front entrance may not suit all. The train to Torremolinos from the airport and then a short walk to the hotel, easy peasy

The corridor carpets are in need of a good clean or replacement. The toilet seat was disgusting. Long standing stains were evident. Shower was very poor.

Fantastic location. Fantastic views from my room pool and Med. spacious room. Great quality of food at breakfast. Busy staff and really knowledgeable reception staff. I arrived late but reception staff was brilliant.

It was fully booked so couldn’t keep room on for late check out. And the don’t have a courtesy room you’re told you can use the shower by the pool to freshen up

The pool was very cold. The hallways are definitely abit noisy and you can hear it.

The grounds were pretty. It was aesthetic. There were random cow statues which was funny. The lobby and rooms were clean. Felt very resort-y. Good location and area.

The bed was so uncomfortable it felt as if you were sleeping on bricks .my husband and myself ended up with two very sore hips and as I was ill for three days had no choice but to stick it out .spoiled the whole holiday. Also the food was not that good for a 4 star hotel .There wasn’t any entertainment wish would have made a difference

The bed was quite uncomfortable, the mattress extremely hard and the pillows too thin. And the bathroom was infested with ants. Regarding the all inclusive service, drinks quality was quite low.

The outdoors facilities are really nice, the swimming pool is big, clean and water temperature absolutely perfect. And you have the bar right by its side so you can enjoy your drinks right away. There's also a nice lawn area with a small pond in case you like a more relaxed environment.

The pillow on the bed was a bit too firm for my liking. The fact that the hotel was in a one-way street, with very limited parking was also a low point, but there was parking underground in a large, local, public parking facility

Pool & surrounding garden very pleasant, but some groups of people around it became noisy, meaning a siesta was almost impossible. Good lounge area.

Rooms are dated, beds and pillows could be improved on. The AI buffet was quite plain but we always found something to fill our plates. In credit to them they are catering for a good variety of nationalities and the food on offer changed each day. Breakfast was lovely, lunch OK it was dinner that left it down the most.

The hotel is in a good location. Less than 10 min walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Its quiet and peaceful thr pool area and bar areas are very chilled out. The hotel and grounds are absolutely spotless. Never a long que at the bar and always found a sunbed easily.

The bed needs a mattress topper and new pillows to make it comfortable, for less than 200 Euros! Steam clean the carpets as well! If that was done it would be an 8 and not a 7

Room has a mini bar and safe. The bathroom was a good size and ideal. The food was reasonable based on the price paid for the stay.
