We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomStreet parking (made easier with Disabled Blue Badge) Management (owner) was concerned about security and vandalism so we were parked in reserved space outside front door where overnight security could watch it.
Beachfront hotel in Cambrils. One night stay only. Suite with wrap around balcony overlooking the Med. and beaches. Double glazing ensured a quiet night in this busy resort. Room very comfortable and A/C worked well. We ate in the hotel for ease and food was good and well presented. Good choice of wines. Hotel guests were almost all Spanish. Ability in English varied.

Spain- We chose the hotel (though it was more expensive than some other options around) due to the breakfast. We stay in March 2023 and breakfast was just gorgeous with quite a few cooked things. in October we had more "simplified" version which was also good, but not as the March one :) - Price is on higher end, but it's a good experience overall
That was our 2nd stay in the hotel. We like it a lot as it's just in from of the beach and the sea and early in the morning you can enjoy the sunrise from the balcony and have a walk around. Cambrils is a nice small town for a weekend stay off-season. Positives: - Location - 10/10 - Good breakfast though it differs (see further comments) - Parking is in front of hotel (public one) and you don't pay much during the weekend - Comfy beds - Balcony with the sea view :)

SpainRoom and bathroom were cosy, but were perfect for one night. The breakfast was chaotic as everyone seemed to arrive at the same time and there was a long queue. We had not time to stay so went into the town. A shame as we had paid for breakfast.
The welcome at front desk was excellent. The young man was so helpful he made the stay. The beds were great and we slept like a log. The room had everything we needed although was a little small The location was perfect- straight out onto the sea front Easy to unload the car outside and 5 mins walk to the private parking.

Hotel location is great, just opposite the beach in the center of Cambrills. Location does not get any better. Staff is very friendly, AC unit can be adjutsted to your preference. Rooms are nice and clean.
