Only 4 lifts, very slow and very lucky if you even got one even after waiting 20+ minutes, no good having to walk up 10 floors every time we needed to go back to the room

Advertised and paid extra for a triple room with 3 beds , on arrival told there was no third bed. Meaning 3 guys had to share 2 beds , they were not at all interested on reception, said it was booking.com error on room descriptions. Booking. Com wasnt interested either. Real let down not the advertised product being sold

The staff told me there was no rooms however I manged to book on booking.com. The receptionist was abrupt when I returned with my booking and told me to wait and was dismissive.

The cleanliness in areas of the hotel were not great. Around the pool was bad and the toilets in the pool area extremely disgusting. The food areas, and food was unpleasant. Having to queue for your food for 20mins and then there not being anything left or refilled. The cleaners made the beds but did not wipe down the floors or surfaces. Someone had also been in our room and turned on the tv’s and left a key card in the keycard holder.

No spaces to park my car even though it advertised parking. Booking.com stated two double beds in the Room but on entering there was only one double bed. My friend who was with me is a mere 6ft 4inches, so a big disappointment. The restaurant for breakfast was extremely overcrowded,,people walking around with plates of food and looking for places to sit.

Hotel has twice as many people as it can handle. Standing room only in the big pool. Queues everywhere ... for drinks, for food, for snacks, and worst of all for the lifts! Food was not very good so we ate out every night in the end

The Aircon was not working (it was 30 degrees in the room), the major reason for booking this hotel. Reported the problem to the front desk, who could only offer "we might be able to get someone to look at it tomorrow afternoon". I have complained to the hotel, via booking.com about this, but they do not want to respond with anything other than "I will pass this onto my Quality Manager" that's it! no further reply from them

I'm so sad to see this hotel decline the way it has as I have visited several times over the years but sadly won't bother again. I literally thought i was in the wrong hotel when i walked in to check in, people arguing fighting, and the 1 security man just stood there watching on. The main pool In 4 days never seen get cleaned it was filthy. Police at the hotel more times than I could count. Feral kids running the corridors all night long, banging on doors shouting swearing etc. The same feral kids getting in the lifts and pressing the emergency button putting lifts out of action for 20 minutes at a time. Went to breakfast once that was enough it was terrible! Housekeeping need lessons in actual cleaning, we had 2 rooms and both were filthy. The staff are point blank rude no matter how you approach them. Car parking is a joke you'll be lucky to get 1. Avoid rooms based outside the lifts you won't get any sleep.

The waterpark is OK my 5 year old had fun, but the fun police are constantly blowing their whistles on some crazy power trip. I understand safety rules but people have now given up listening to the fun police because it seems you can't even breath without a whistle being blown!!
