We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I really enjoyed the location as we were little bit off the touristic area of Santa Susana. And my view was amazing.

Great hotel for me in all aspects. Room was comfortable and clean. The staff were great and attentive with a smile at all times. Buffet food had a good choice and was tasty. Thanks to all at the Rosa Nautica for a great holiday I will return.

The location was just across the street from beach and good market. The room was nice and there was a fridge, they cleaned the room everyday. The breakfast was okay. There is a train station near by where you can take train to Barcelona.

HungaryThe cleaning lady doesn’t change the towels, even if we droped it to the floor as a sign that the towels should be replaced. She just fold them and put it to its place as clean ones. We made a little Xs on the towels to be sure that this is her “method”. And unfortunately the X was in the corner. :(
Very friendly and helpful staff, and the food is high-end, the chefs are great and there are a wide range of food at the restaurant. The hotel is very close to the beach.

Very friendly staff. We got new towels every day and the superior room was nice and clean with comfortable bed. Nice breakfasts with variety of different foods. Hotel is close to the beach and shops. 1 minute walk to Spar supermarket and 5min to a bigger supermarket Condis. In case you would like to use a room safe you have to pay extra for it (20EUR per week or 4EUR per day and 10EUR is deposit for the key). We enjoyed our stay in the hotel!

Switzerland1. The sea view was actually side sea view, would be good to have that information while booking. 2. Breakfast was same everyday for 6 days we stayed and there is hardly anything to eat for vegetarians at dinner. Even Salad had meat. 3. The cleaning can be improved.

The air conditioning was really good. It broke one night and we could hardly sleep but they worked hard and repaired by next evening. 5. They provided parasols to take to beach.

friendly staff, great location just across the beach, we were offered a beach umbrella to use for free during our stay. Nice swimming pool. Delicious breakfast buffet with something for every taste. There’s possibility to store our luggage for the day after checkout.

IrelandMix up with rooms on arrival & then the 2nd room allocated wasn't correct so had to move the following day. The room we were moved too had a disco nearby, it wasn't so bad but the 1st rooms were better location
The staff were very attentive & good fun, alot spoke English which made things easy for me. Location perfect at the end of the tourist strip. Food was brilliant.paid for superior room, was definitely worth it.
