No basics like paper towels or coffee / tea. Noice at night (loud singing and vacuuming after midnight). No info on how to get into the building for the firs time. Had to wait outside for a while until someone opened the door.

There was no toilet paper, was dirty, a lot of dust, floor was dirty. Also dirty towels as well. The host ignored us when we asked where we can find some stuff :)

It was a nice place, with the big terrace and balcony. Also very goof location!

The appartment is small for 4 people, the bedrom and coridor leading to kitchen area is small because when the sofa is opened to sleep in, it was hard to pass to go to the kitchen or bathroom. It is ok for 2 max 3 people(the third person being a kid). Also it was very cold, there were 2 air conditioners but theydidnt seem to work or warm up the room so we were freezing during our stay (the weather was also cold outside)

The location was perfect, market in front of the building, starbucks and nice italian restaurant down the street, very close to Grand Via , shopping, metro station. Instructions for checking in were accurate. The amenities in the appartment were new, there was iron, kitchen appliances, hair dryer , warm water and the bathroom is spacious enough.

At night it was extremely noisy!! It would have been nice to receive information about key pick up in advance, instead of 30 minutes before arrival.

Beautiful apartment. Super clean and furnished well. Bathroom was stocked with lots of toiletries and towels. Master bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent! Near to metro stations and in walking distance of pretty much everything.

The apartment is very small for 2 Adults and 2 kids. When we opened the sofa literally there weren't any free space on the floor. But it was nice apartment.

The location is great and the host was very nice. He called us and let us accomodate earlier than the announced time. Also the apartment has nice furnitures and the kitchen is great.

Communication about meeting for check in could have been better.

Great central location in Madrid. We walked to museums, shops and plaza. The apartment was supper clean and recently renovated. Very nice!

the only issue we had was the free Wi-Fi, which was nonexistent most of time and when it does appear you can’t connect. My roaming data was also difficult to use because of poor connection. The host doesn’t seem to respond to inquires

I travelled with my two teenage daughters and stayed here for two nights. We loved this unit because of its location. It’s a 3-minute walk to Metro station and surrounded by eateries. Walking distance to historical center as well. The unit is newly renovated and had new gadgets. Great air conditioning.

The apartment we had two windows, both facing closed courtyard so not much light. Construction work next door apartment started early in the morning. Very loud banging all day long. Moka pot for making coffee, but it doesn’t work on induction hob. Maybe also provide salt and pepper There’s a dishwasher but no tablets for it. If washing by hand, nowhere to dry the dishes. All small things and I’m sure will be sorted out 😊

The upper shelves in the kitchen are too high. Inclusion of a vacuum would be great, especially for longer-term stays. As management is offsite, obtaining keys can be difficult if you don't have roaming

Provide customer more clean towels. Even though there is a washing machine in the apartment….when on vacation customer don’t have time to wash towels. Time is the essence.

Location is the main key. Very close to grocery store and pharmacy. Also 15 minutes walk to Gran Via train station.

We were not warned that in the immediate vicinity of the closest building, repair work was going on and the construction noise started as early as 8 in the morning until the afternoon. It was only right that we should be notified of this purpose, because it was unfortunately constantly noisy throughout our stay.

The host was so kind and assist us on time.

We didn't need an extra bed but the sofa bed was already converted to a bed when we arrived so it used up most of the space in the living area. We actually wanted a sofa only were we could sit and relax after a long day of walking. We tried to put it back into a sofa but I think it was broken.

Both windows overlook a narrow inner courtyard, which is an advantage because of lower noise level.

The modern kitchen and the bathroom meets all needs. Quite good double bed. We loved the pillows (we are using the same type at home). The location is perfect, near to the subway stations Gran Via and Sevilla. The apartment is really quiet despite its central location.

Down a back road, got in at 2am from the club and we were followed into the lobby by a man who robbed my phone. Safe to say it ruined the trip and had to fly home early
