Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. it is on the Ebro River with views of the cathedral from some rooms. It's walking distance to the Old Town and most of the historic sites. Plus, the numerous restaurants in El Tubo are all close by.

SwitzerlandUnfortunately there is only a water boiler in the room, a coffee machine would be perfect. Otherwise we have very little to complain tbh.
The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the city and everything is reachable by foot. You have plenty of Spanish Tapas restaurants in the area and some good bars too. The hotel staff was very friendly.

Breakfast from 0700-1200, I love that. Very comfortable pillows. Great location for walking to museums, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Very kind staff.

PeruNothing to do with the property. Just watch out that if you decide to use the Metro to get to the hotel, beware that the stations don’t have an elevator and you will be forced to carry your luggage up many many steps.
Great location. Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Well located within walking distance to the Royal Palace and the Prado Museum. Great breakfast buffet.

United StatesMy mattress was kind of lumpy on one side and it was hard to get into a comfortable position. I could tell it was high quality but was too well-worn. Loved having room service as an option since I wasn’t feeling great during my stay, but it’s VERY expensive for tiny quantities of mediocre food.
The location is amazing and super-convenient for sightseeing, and my room had a beautiful street view but was still totally silent due to top notch soundproofing. The staff are super friendly across the board, and the breakfast was phenomenal and went until noon! Also loved my soaking tub.

United StatesWe had a little trouble with the shower in the second room we had. The door didn't shut properly and if you weren't careful the water from the show would run onto the bathroom floor.
The staff was outstanding! Everyone was very accommodating. They assisted us by suggesting locations to eat as well as making reservations for us. We appreciated the hotel holding our big suitcase while we left for a few days on a train tour of other cities.

The hotel is a stylish boutique with good taste imterior decoration. Staff is super helpul. We had an early morning flight and thus arrived way before the due check-in time. We were exhausted and to our amazement the staff gave us a room! Really appreciated the flexibilty. Room is very clean and the water pressure of the shower is just superb. Location is also the top, with an array of restaurants and eateries just outside the door. Metro station is 5 mins walk, very convenient. All in all, we had a great stay.

GeorgiaI know this is not a problem for many, but there was no smoking area, so we had to go outside. As I guessed, it's ordinary in there. The good part is the outside street is very lovely.
It was a beautiful room, with good service and an excellent tourist location. Breakfast was good; they had a delicious bar and barman - Sebastian is the Man. Remember to ask him for the best advice about Madrid, where to go, drink, or have fun.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to restaurants, services and a metro station in the city center of Madrid. I also appreciated the bottle of fresh water left by the room service every day and also the welcome and departure gifts provided by the hotel.
