Uncomfortable bed, noise outside can be heard all hours of the night , cleaning good but not great, staff very kind but can be more friendly.

The area surrounding the hotel is not the best but I believe it’s difficult to find any better hotels in the city centre for a good money value

The breakfast could've been a little bit more diverse - but since it's included in the price, I liked it.

I liked that the hotel is renovated, it's pretty clean, helpful staff and good breakfast. You can reach the hotel using two routes: one that is a bit dirtier and gives you an uneasy feeling and one that feels safer (big street, lots of shops and good transportation). I suggest you have a look at that before getting there. We have taken both routes even at night, nothing bad happened.

The room was small and facing an internal patio fully enclosed by walls, with a small window. More likely a two stars hotel.

The location, steps away from the historic city, very clean, the staff was very kind, good breakfast.

Location was great, We arrived early and we had no problem storing our luggage. Staff were friendly.

I missed the English comfort of tea and coffee in the bedroom. The hotel is situated on the corner of a square with a late bar and benches which did mean there was noise until early hours of the morning. If quiet is your priority I'd suggest a top floor room on the side away from the square. Very minor but it would have been nice to be able to switch off bed side lighting independently of each side.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with pleasant staff and good value for money. The breakfast buffet was good, cooked breakfast, bread, rolls, continental meats and cheese as well as cereal and fresh fruit. Reception staff courteous and knowledgeable about the local area and were able to booked outings and activities for us. A 6 minute walk to the nearest metro (St Antoni) and even less to the bus stop. Also just a 20 minute walk to Placa de Cataluyna so it's very central.

The area is very touristy and we were warned about the potential for crime, although that’s probably true for any place especially if the traveler doesn’t take basic awareness into account.

Very clean and the rooms were a nice size - both double and triple rooms were excellent. The breakfast was minimal but included and the dining area was clean and well organized

Although I liked the hotel there is one thing that I didn't like and that is that there are no fridges in the rooms. Had I know this I wouldn't have booked as I need a fridge for my medication. I have another 2 days booked in this hotel and at this late date I cannot cancel.

All in all we liked the hotel.
