Front door was often locked, and had to be opened by reception (after pressing a buzzer to get attention). This caused a few small delays if person at reception was busy. Would be better to have card access. I can appreciate the need for keeping the door locked - the hotel probably isn't in the nicest/safest area, but we didn't experience any issues. Coffee at breakfast was poor. Lights above the bed are too bright and too low - cut my head on sharp corner, not useful, and actually stop you from being able to sit up in bed.

Good facilities and very clean. Convenient location for visiting the city - good connection to metro, and walking distance to a lot of sites. Breakfast was basic, but quite good (except the coffee).

Not a real dislike, but the first few metres walk up to the main area is a bit rough with people hanging around, but no trouble, however some may find this a bit daunting .

The window in the room was facing walls of the building so it was quite dark inside, but as I didn't spend a lot of time inside it wasn't a problem. The breakfast had limited selection of food, but the food had very good quality.

The room was very spacious with modern furnishing and large desk. Bathroom was very spacious as well with roomy shower and quality bath products. The location of the hotel is very good in a nice quarter full of bars and restaurants and close to subway and buses.

Good breakfast, but the same every day. Comfy beds, but the pillows are spongelike and very thick. Great location, easy access to places of interest, near metro L2 and 10-12 minutes walk to airport buses T1 and T2 and buses to city attractions. Great staff, friendly, cleaning every day. Good money value if booked in advance. Would stay again!

Lots of comings and goings of guests and their friends (we were staying Fri/Sar nights, so people were out enjoying their weekend) which made it difficult to get a good sleep.

The reception process was slow. The rooms could have been cleaner. No coffee making facilities or bar fridge in the room.

Breakfast was good.They held our bags after checking out until late afternoon. Easy spot to get to from the airport. Metro station on the next corner.

Could hear Loud talking outside of building at 2-3am.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good, hot, and well stocked with a variety of foods. It was close to the Metro train and plenty of restaurants. Rooms were clean, and beds were comfortable. Plenty of clean towels each day. Stay was great. Would come again.

My only downside was you had 1 sheet on the bed. As someone used to duvets, I found I woke in the night a little chilly but I got over that.

I loved it all. So close La rambla, around a 7 mins walk and the same time walk to the bus for the airport too. Everywhere was modern and clean. Staff were friendly.

When ordering a room we received a notice that the room would have the big window from the floor to the ceiling. In the hotel we stayed in a room with a small window with an internal view to the tiny yard and with almost no daylight, so the room was very dark. We were informed that maybe on the morning of the second day it would be possible to change the room to one with a normal view, but please: we would have to pack our things again, take care of it from the very morning, wait for the staff, for the cleaning of the possible new room and waste time that we had allotted for sightseeing in the city, not for sightseeing in the hotel. It was very unfair on the part of the hotel staff.

The hotel is very clean, they make rooms every day, change towels etc. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfasts are ordinary, neither good nor bad, but a plus for the delicious sweet pastries.
