We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a week, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly polite, respectful, and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, especially the swimming pools and spa, which provided a perfect space for relaxation. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered stunning views of the sea, the pool, and beautiful palm trees, creating a serene atmosphere. One of the highlights was the impressive variety of food. Each day brought a new selection of delicious options at breakfast and dinner, showcasing a wide range of cuisines. Additionally, the hotel organized live entertainment every evening, from rock and jazz musicians to captivating flamenco dance performances, which added an extra touch of enjoyment to our stay. A special shout-out to Christofer, Javi, and Gabbriel, the bar staff, for their exceptional hospitality. Their kind and professional service, along with their warm attitude, made our time at the hotel even more memorable. Overall, this hotel delivered an exceptional experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

All inclusive guests were not allowed to get lunch at pool bar, as in other hotels I stayed in. And the pool bar food was excellent so that was disappointing as you had to get changed to go to the dining room at lunchtime.

Lots of sun beds, no need to reserve early. Staff very friendly.

Too much noise in the heated pool area , relax swimming was possible only before or after pool hours.

As many mentioned the hotel is a bit dated and fairly old. I wouldn't really call it a 5 star if I was honest because of how old the main lobby is and how simple the furniture is.

Very big room and amazing ocean view from the balcony! Definitely go for an ocean view if you can – it was our favourite part of the stay. The swimming pools are big and nice, access to the public beach is very easy (beach itself is not great but it's enough if you're only looking for a swim in the ocean). The buffet and restaurant food is okay, definitely not the best we had in resorts of this type but plenty of variety. Evening entertainment is great of great quality – we really enjoyed it and the bar it was held at. Ps, for all my vaping/smoking friends – there's a nice outside area at the bar for smokers to enjoy an evening drink with a cigarette that provides a great view of the evening entertainment stage. During the day (by the pools) there's a bench where you can smoke (not the best) but you can definitely find a secluded sunbed to vape in peace if you wish :)

The only drawback is that our plan was to visit Tenerife, but it's so nice here that we decided to just enjoy in the hotel 🤗

Roca Nivaria is the most beautiful hotel we have ever been to. A huge complex in which every part is beautifully designed. The view from the balcony is fantastic, the staff are so nice and smiling, the food is delicious…cleanliness, warm, large and beautiful pools, everything is simply perfect. This is a real vacation paradise.

Only a few things to improve: repairing floor indicator inside the elevators and adding more fruits to breakfast

The pillows were not very comfortable, but only later I noticed they had another set of pillows in the closet. Just a remark: maybe many guests appreciate changing towels every day, but I think this is not environmental friendly, so offering your guest a choice would be nice.

Very large room, with terrace offering view to the pool and ocean. Huge, comfortable bed. Bathroom was good, with 2 sinks; cleaning was done every day; there are 3 pools and an outdoor hot-tub. One pool was with warm, salt water. Breakfast was good, many choices.

The buffet could have more vegetarian and vegan options, especially during lunchtime. On the last day, I could only have pasta, chips, rice and veggies, which is not worth the meal price.

The place is very comfortable, there is a lot to do and the staff is very friendly.

The only down side was no vegan wine. When I spoke to the staff they said o should have contacted them to say I was vegan ahead of the stay. But o did via booking.com and was advised by the hotel people on email that o should just notify the staff when I arrived (which I also did).

Amazing hotel, more like a retreat. Stunning views and very relaxed vibe. Also super secure. The staff were great and the vegan food options were good too.

Pleasantly surprised. Travelled with friends, staff were always accommodating and catered to all our requests. The outside area was fantastic and the hotel itself was very clean and beautiful.
