Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe only issue we had was that the toiletries weren’t replenished until I left the tray out on the washbasin. I usually take my own but as we were limited with the weight of our luggage I decided not to. This was only a small issue though. Wouldn’t put me off booking again.
The location is amazing, near to the beach, bars and restaurants in the old town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy and the air con was very effective. Shower was great too. Beach towels were provided free of charge.

Everything is always perfect at Hotel Rocamar. The rooms are immaculate, modern and bright. The bathrooms spotless and have lovely powerful showers. The roof terrace is a great addition to the hotel too.

IrelandThe solarium rooftop is average with basic facilities. We had to shower there on our last day as we had checked out but had a late flight. There is little privacy in the solarium area so avoid doing this if you can.
Fantastic location, very close to the Old Town. You are close to Poniente and Levante beach, and Benidorm castle viewing points. Hotel staff were welcoming, chatty and friendly. The hotel itself is small but very clean and well maintained. Air conditioning in our room was excellent, which was a blessing as temps were very high in August. The room itself is basic but spacious, with good bathroom facilities (though I recommend upgrading to a superior double to get the king sized bed with a firm but comfortable mattress). Housekeeping was regular and non-invasive.
