Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The stay in SERHS Rivoli Hotel was just awesome ! The central location - the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms - the hospitality of the staff and warm welcome upon arrival - the nice rooftop bar with a stunning view all over Barcelona - the great diversity of food at the breakfast buffet Highly recommended to choose SERHS Rivoli Hotel for a stay in the center of La Rambla !

United KingdomThe room only had one window which looks into the middle of the hotel so lighting was poor, never saw daylight in there. (Others rooms on the outside of the building would be great) The bathroom window didn’t open and no circulation fan so air or moisture couldn’t escape.
The location is perfect for Barcelona, rooftop bar was nice to relax before going through the busy city. Room was clean and the staff were friendly. Although the price was high for what we had, it is still a very solid choice for staying in Barcelona and would stay again.

Friendly staff. Location downtown. Excellent breakfast with a vide variety. Room was clean, towels changed every day. Size of the room big enough for 2 adults and 1 kid.

Great location, staff very helpful and welcoming. , The hotel sky bar is a great addition to the hotel, providing a large choice of cocktails and wines with views over the city.. Bar man was a pleasure to deal with and a great asset to the hotel. Would definitely recommend it. The shuttle bus from the airport runs every 10 minutes, and the main stop is 150 yards from the hotel .

AustraliaThe noise of doors banging from neighbouring apartments and sound of trolleys above us, especially at night. Also reception staff were not very friendly. No dinner which is disappointing especially on a rainy evening.
Lovely big apartment with terrace close to everything - shops, restaurants, bars, transport. Also the gothic quarter is just around the corner and Barcelonetta beach a nice 30 min stroll. The lunch I had was very good value for money.
