You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There were renovations going on within the hotel so if you wanted to rest during working hours it was noisy. My room had a balcony which had a lovely view of the church next door and the river. I enjoyed doing laundry and having the balcony to hang my clothes for drying. I was tired from my hike so I ate at the hotel’s restaurant. The staff was very attentive and the food was good. It was easy to pick up the Camino route from the hotel too.

PolandVery small room with tiny uncomfortable twin beds, shower in a small bathtub, everything very basic and cheap, not soundproof, location on a noisy road .Basically I didn't like anything about this hotel .
It's very close to the Camino and it was the only place we could find so my expectations were not high about the hotel.It's very clean and very cheap and the restaurant looks much better than all the other places in Arcade.Food is good and is nicely presented.Staff members are nice as well.

United KingdomWe arrived about an hour after check-in only to be told we had to wait another 45 minutes as our room wasn't ready. After waiting 45 minutes, we then got our room, but it wasn't the room we'd booked, so we had to wait another 30 minutes for that room to be prepared (we were at least offered a free coke while we waited the 2nd time).

SpainIt was extremely cold in the room, +15 degrees and the heating didn't work. At least the receptionist provided me with the portable heater. The wifi connection, which was crutial to me, as I had to work remotely from the room, was available only in the restaurant (although the description states that the wifi is provided in the rooms - that was the only reason why I've booked this hotel). Also from 8 am till 21 pm noisy repairs were carried out, and it was almost impossible neither to sleep nor to work. The price does not match the quality

United StatesIt is dated, the beds and bedding are worn out and uncomfortable. The staff person at the front desk was very unfriendly. She didn’t even acknowledge us for several minutes while she stood in front of us putting sheets of paper into a binder. Finally, she handed us a key with our room number and pointed at the stairs.
The building itself was interesting. The view out our window was nice.
