Some sheets on the bed would be good for the warmer summer nights. Apartment is on a busy street, so you can hear some street noise, but did not interfere with our sleep at all. Some weird noises from either the fridge or pipes at times, again not enough to interfere with sleep though.

Great apartment in a great area of Madrid. Easy check in and way to get keys, very secure. Luggage storage was available both before and after our stay. Lovely big bathroom and shower, with great water pressure.

Bath room is big but the shower is bad. Very bad. Itak age to get hot water and it is very hard to tune the water temperature. Alas, once you manage it can change with any thuch and be very hot or very cold. The sink is shallow and the water tap is 10 centimeter high. Very inconvenient. During the night black materiel come out from the tube. Very disturbing. The TV is very limited with content. You expect more for this price. There is no option to store baggage in the building for several hours after check out.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Very safe and secure building. Apartment had everything we needed. Check in and check out was easy and communication with staff was excellent.

The beds were uncomfortable, the mattress was very hard.

The apartment was spotless, and the automated check-in was seamless (just be sure to pre register guests per instructions). The location was superb, really central, with all sights within walking distance.

Not big of a deal but because it’s on a busy street so it can be noisy in the morning if you sleep in.

Absolutely nothing!

The most important factor was the great staff! They were so helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. They really did provide excellent service. After that, the apartment was wonderful; clean, neat, and perfectly situated. I thought it would be loud because it’s on a busy street, but the windows were very good at keeping things quiet. I can’t say enough good things about the apartments (we stayed there twice during the same vacation) and especially the people who responded to my questions.

This is a fabulous little apartment in the heart of Masrid's busy tourist centre.

Tv did not work properly - only 2 channels worked and they would turn off after 15mins. The apartment floor was quite dusty, safe didn’t work (reported it but engineer could only come in 30mins to 1hour, so we had to cancel dinner plans to wait for him), bathroom door did not lock (we didn’t report this because we didn’t want to be moved to another room, nor did we have time to wait for an engineer to come.)

Location (everything is within walking distance) kitchen facilities (tea and coffee provided), washer/dryer and toaster etc! The comfort of the room (sofa bed needs to be changed and replaced as it was broken), lots of towels, soap etc. Location was super amazing.

Sound insulation is not great. A lot of noise from corridor and other apartments in the building. The entrance door is 2cm short and we can hear every word from the corridor. A window next to kitchen has some issue and terrible sound insulation with a lot Of noise from the street. Shower had very low pressure of hot water. (Apartment 2a)

Everything was great. The only thing that would have made it better is if we could have watched some news in English. Although that may have been because we weren’t sure how to work the tv. 😊

The management was great. They were accommodating and answered all of my questions quickly. The location is perfect, very central, and the apartment was clean and well stocked with essentials.

since there were four of us, the sofa is not very comfortable to sleep on and there is no large mirror in the apartment, only a small one in the bathroom

The location is literally the perfect. You got almost near all the locations. We were 6 adults and 1 child. The size of the apartment is perfectly fit for us.
