The cleaning of the apparent and changing the towels is once per 3 days. There was an awful smell in the bathroom.

The location of this hotel is great!! Very close to the beach, restaurants, shops and centric! Room is a little bit small but is ok for 2 nights. Room was clean.

Everything is electronic so there is always ambient light on making sleep difficult. There is no way to lock your door from the inside so when the desk attendant gave a customer the wrong key, they entered our room while we were sleeping! Everyone was startled. A big mistake that resulted in a very poor nights sleep. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Not a great view from our room. Everything being said, the room is a bit basic.

The contactless check-in and check-out process was very convenient and hassle-free. The hosts maintained excellent communication before and throughout our stay. The location is great, though we only stayed for a couple of hours for a flight transit but being right in the heart of Alicante gave us easy access to main attractions. The accommodation itself was clean and well-maintained. I recommend Rambla Alicante for anyone visiting the area.

Maybe it is just our room but there was not enough sunlight and the sound isolation in the hotel is not great (you can gear almost everything from the hall, other rooms...).

A little difficult to find as there is minimal signage and the entrance is sandwiched between retailers. It is also further complicated by the fact that the building is shared by two hotels. Which is a bit strange.

Cleanness could be improved. Can't say it was dirty. There was a lipstick mark on the pillowcase and windows was little dirty. That was all.

The first room was horribly dirty everywhere, the toilet was disgusting and the water was flooding from the shower and the sink. Generally everywhere was dusty and the bed was full of hair.

The location is great, right in the center of Alicante! The staff changed our room to a better one after the cleaning problems with the first one.

Contactless. Access to the room via an app, where you have to register. No service or normal hotel amenities. If all you want is the room and you are comfortable using an app to unlock the room then it is no problem. We were sceptical at first. But it worked out OK. Quite expensive.

Very modern facilities in the room. Location is good for city centre, old town, castle, and beach. The room overlooked "La Rambla" - a main street. We were there Easter Thursday and had a grandstand view of the Easter procession.
