We stayed a week in an apartment here. The location on La Rambla just steps from the Liceu metro stop made it a perfect base from which to explore Barcelona. The very friendly host greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We had room 44 in the back, which was surprisingly quiet given how noisy and busy it is on La Rambla. The spacious apartment had a very comfortable king-sized bed, plenty of room to store all of our gear, a nice kitchen with everything we needed for meals, good-sized dining table, large sofa, and good bathroom. The combo washer/dryer worked great. It was really nice to be able to do laundry at the apartment instead of going to a laundromat. Other than wishing for a larger shower, it couldn't have been any better. Highly recommended.

Gothic Quarter location is great for anything you wish to do, be it shopping, dining ( great many choice of restaurants within walking distance) or just a breezy walk to Barcelona beach. I like that a person was there to hand over the keys and provide necessary TIPS. Clean room with Clean comfy sheets and pillows. Spacious Clean bathroom with enclosed Shower , Sufficient clean towels. Eat in Kitchen equipped with all necessities. Hassle free Checkout.

We wich we could have stayed longer!

We loved the location being directly across from La Boquetia market and in the middle of La Rambla. The apartment was fuly functional and updated and we loved having two balconies where we could watch all the action on the street! The rooms were sound-proof as advertised allowing for a great night's sleep!

The location was unbelievable. We walked to everything and you experience city living. The staff was prepared, easy to work with, no stress. The apartment was clean and quiet. Why stay in a hotel when you can have a whole apartment. An elevator was important to have with our luggage. The central air was a blessing since it was hot coming back from our tours.

Slight noise / vibration felt when metros operated but that didn't keep us from sleeping.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was amazing in that it was on Rambla, right opposite the food market and close to metro station. Inside the apartment it was very quiet and civilised.

The location was fantastic, the place was clean, and very comfortable. It had anything that you would need for your stay. We needed assistance with our elderly parents and getting luggage to our taxi. The manager and staff were immediately there to help out with no questions asked. Very friendly, top-notch people! You guys were great! Would highly recommend and will stay there again.

It sometimes was too noisy at night, since you can hear Metro and crowds on the street, if you are very sensitive to noise, that might be issue. But we were fine, windows blocked most of the noises.

It was just perfect, the extra bonus which we did not expect was housekeeping every 2 days.

Staff was wonderful to work with, very responsive. Really appreciated the washer/dryer in the room. Spacious room with a modern well equipped kitchen. Kitchen table for four. Bed was very comfortable. The thermostat worked well to adjust the temperature. Excellent location, Directly across the street from La Boqueria Market.

The ironing board a little small hahaha but we got on with it. That really is a very minor thing.

The host was super lovely and we conversed really nicely. The property was in the best location and we loved every minute of it. Did not wish to leave.
