Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaThe breakfast is a little overpriced. The main dishes ( eggs, sausages and bacon) on different days were either soaking in water or grease. Very off putting for what you pay.

United KingdomFor the price I paid, I would have expected to have in room hot drink making facilities, an iron and ironing board.
I found the staff helpful and accommodating and they spoke English which was very helpful. I enjoyed my breakfast and ate well and healthily. I also enjoyed spending time in the bar in the hotel lobby which overlooked the main road. The room and bathroom was comfortable and the shower was great. The internet speed was strong and the in-built USB sockets were fast charging. My room had a fridge and safe. The hotel is situated just next to the Piramides Metro station, bus links and main roads but I could not hear anything from outside due to the double double glazed windows so I rested very well. There are many cafes, bars, restaurants and amenities nearby. I liked the residential area very much, it felt safe and lively.

RomaniaIn the last day we had to take an early flight, și we had to leave at 7 o clock. We asked at the reception If we could serve the coffee at the hotel, but even thou he hand a coffea machine he refused to help us and he was realy rude.
The position was realy great, just above the train station but in the room was realy quited.

United KingdomIf I was being picky, it would be the sound of the lifts pinging quite loudly right outside of our room.
The hotel was recently refurbished and was exceptional. It was in a great location and parking was a huge bonus for us, 23 euros to park for 24 hours is pretty competitive for Madrid. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of fresh varieties for a buffet-style breakfast.

United StatesGreat experience. Our favorite hotel in all of our Spain trip and we were only there for one night. They have a Metro station that connects you to Atocha Train Station and the Airport right in front of the hotel so it is very convenient. The room was nice and spacious. The lobby was very pretty. Staff was so nice and accommodating. Highly recommend.
