Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel has magnificent interior and the renovation done is top quality work. It gives you feeling of a high standard home. The management/owners are very attentive and helpful to all our requests. The breakfast is excellent, you have local products. Superb.

United KingdomThe beds were small and the mattresses were hard. While there was a bath and shower the shower was hand held so quite awkward when trying to shower without spraying the rest of the bathroom with water.
It was a nice boutique hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast while basis was good a traditional Spanish breakfast, so enjoyed that. Also the hotel was accommodating when booking a table at a local restaurant.

United KingdomThe noise from the traffic. I expect it would be OK if we had the back rooms.
The hotel was wonderful and the rooms were lovely. My only complaint is that we had the two rooms on the front of the hotel which were affected by noisy traffic outside. All though the area is quiet the road is used as a cut through and did keep waking me up. The breakfast was good and the host was great - he translated everything for us to make our stay run smooth. He recommend places to eat - which was great, Just be aware, the restaurants etc don't open until 7.30 - 8.00pm. Once you've seen the windmills, there's not a lot else to see.
