Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LuxembourgThe entrance door for the Puerta de Sevilla hotel is not the one used. Have to go around and look for the reception of some other hotel at the back.
The location was really good, close to all the main attractions in Sevilla. Really appreciate having the free snacks, drinks and coffee. We needed a taxi early morning on the checkout day and they arranged it for us, without any inconvenience. Really recommend!

United StatesI didn’t like the confusing names. Nowhere on any of my confirmations does it say Dona Manuela which is what is on the outside of the property. I also didn’t like the room key. I had a very difficult time using it to unlock the door when I returned. I wish it had a key card.
I liked the location because it was convenient to walk to many places. I also liked the historical feel of the hotel.

SerbiaThere is a fast food restaurant below the hotel, so you can smell the hot oil. The hotel is in a tourist area, so you can hear noise from outside, but that is something you have to endure when choosing a hotel in such a location.
This one-star hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is phenomenal. Two hotels share one reception, but this was announced in advance, so it was not a problem. The room was not large, but it was clean. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. Throughout the day, you can make coffee, refresh yourself with juice, and enjoy some sweets or fruit. All praises.

They had an area where you can pick up some snacks and drinks, which was very nice as it was free. Overall it was a very nice place to stay in and it was a great location as many of the tourist attractions are within walking distance of this hotel.

The hotel does not offer any meal options, so they out together a coffee & snack bar available 24/7 in the lobby, which was stocked with several choices of drink and snacks, which we really enjoyed. The wifi connection was good. Everything was clean. The staff was extremely friendly! The location is ideal.

United StatesSince it's surrounded by restaurants that are outdoors in summer, it was fairly noisy until they closed at midnight. Recommend requesting an interior or park side room. Otherwise, no other issues at all.
A very nice hotel with very friendly, welcoming, & helpful front desk staff. The room looked newly remodeled, was very clean, & had a comfortable bed. The hotel offered 24/7 snacks & drinks in the lobby, & has a large 3rd floor terrace that overlooks the park. It's in a great location with easy walking distances to Barrio Santa Cruz, Plaza de España, parks & the river, & is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, & bakeries.

United StatesVery small shower. I am not even a big person but the shower is very small. Room space is small either, good thing our room has balconies. For the price that we paid I don't think it's worth it. It may also because hotels in Seville are expensive during the Holy Week.
Great service from the staff and they are friendly. Hotel is clean. They offer unlimited drinks and snacks at the receptionist area this is because they don't offer breakfast.
