The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel had a terrace which gave a very nice view of Seville. They had an area where you can pick up some snacks and drinks, which was very nice as it was free. Overall it was a very nice place to stay in and it was a great location as many of the tourist attractions are within walking distance of this hotel.

Absolutely perfect location for me and my partner lovely park and lovely welcoming restaurant that weren’t at all noisy the area had a relaxed vibe and we where really so close to shops and all the wonderful historic sights .

The price is a little steep.

The hotel does not offer any meal options, so they out together a coffee & snack bar available 24/7 in the lobby, which was stocked with several choices of drink and snacks, which we really enjoyed. The wifi connection was good. Everything was clean. The staff was extremely friendly! The location is ideal.

When there was things in the room being fixed, no attention to detail was taken. The molding inside the bathroom didn't match, it had a gap, and there was calking that should have been wiped clean. The bathroom door did not latch There was grout on the shower tile.

Room was rather cramped, and the layout of the bathroom was awful - two washbasins and yet hardly room for a toilet. Also, would have appreciated USB plug-in points.

Bathroom layout in room 27 with toilet fitted right next to the shower; Loud noise from café in street at 6:30am every morning, putting out chairs & tables - better sound-proofing of window would help; The roof terrace looked a little neglected and could be improved with some TLC.

Bottled water, juice & cakes in reception; Requested wedding anniversary flowers & Cava kindly presented in the room; cleanliness of the room and hotel. Helpful & friendly reception staff ❤️

Since it's surrounded by restaurants that are outdoors in summer, it was fairly noisy until they closed at midnight. Recommend requesting an interior or park side room. Otherwise, no other issues at all.

A very nice hotel with very friendly, welcoming, & helpful front desk staff. The room looked newly remodeled, was very clean, & had a comfortable bed. The hotel offered 24/7 snacks & drinks in the lobby, & has a large 3rd floor terrace that overlooks the park. It's in a great location with easy walking distances to Barrio Santa Cruz, Plaza de España, parks & the river, & is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, & bakeries.

Very small shower. I am not even a big person but the shower is very small. Room space is small either, good thing our room has balconies. For the price that we paid I don't think it's worth it. It may also because hotels in Seville are expensive during the Holy Week.

Great service from the staff and they are friendly. Hotel is clean. They offer unlimited drinks and snacks at the receptionist area this is because they don't offer breakfast.

Comfortable bed. Excellent location very central for walking. Cleanliness in hotel was spotless. receptionists were very helpful and polite. Refreshments made available all day were a lovely touch. Would highly recommend this hotel.

1.Eva who was very pleasant and helpful during our check-in. She also gave us helpful tips. Michelle was also very pleasant and accomodating. 2. The free water and coffee and snacks were very much appreciated. 3. Our room was big enough but the bathroom was a bit small for an average person.

Room was a little too cool in evening, and heater didn't work. Just a minor complaint, as I did not spend much time in room during visit to Seville.

Very courteous and welcoming staff, esp Eva who always welcomed me with a friendly smile. I am very grateful for all of your advice, and help!! Great location, very quiet and within easy walking distance to old town, restaurants, bus station and interesting sites! Continental breakfast provided in morning, and fruits and beverages available all day. Very good value!

A larger room would be nice for suitcase opening, but at this price, comfort, and location, we felt it was a very good deal.

This was a Plan B hotel due to a change of itinerary, and what a pleasant surprise! The price is very reasonable and the rooms are small, but it was a really great stay because it was clean, very comfortable bed, nice dark room, so sleeping was great. The location is also excellent for walking to restaurants and sights. In addition, there is 24 hour access to water, coffee and limited breakfast items in the lobby, even though breakfast was not included. So for a lot of reasons, this hotel really worked out well for us, and it solved a lodging issue due to a last minute change of travel plans. Excellent, helpful staff as well. We were thrilled to stay here.

Excellent location, you have a very nice park right outside. We went in the middle of March and the orange trees were in full bloom and smelled divine. Lots of good food options right down the street, as well as excellent ice cream, sea food, churros and more. The rooms are newly renovated, cute and clean. Cleaning service also available daily. There were complimentary water, coffee, tea and pastries for morning.
