Great location just outside one of the gates. We came on a motorbike, and the owner was extremely helpful (a bike rider himself). Spotlessly clean, laid back and friendly. Good value. Definitely recommend.

Great location, right on the wall, modern, great value for money, and comfortable. If you're travelling to Avila on your motorbike, this is the hotel for you. The owner is a biker, and there is a secure garage where you can park your bike for free!

The bed was a little hard, and there were no extra pillows. We would have liked to have had a fridge in the room.

The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful! Despite not having a lift our suitcases were placed in our room, food to be eaten later stored for us. Beyond the call seemed to be their ethos!

Only the smell of the antiseptic cleaning product which was sharp. It was not necessary as there were no bad smells to disguise.

When we arrived were told by the owner he wanted cash not cards which for some people could be awkward.

The location for the wall city was very good. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were good and the owner was always pleasant.

Room is a bit small, but staying for couple of nights won’t be a problem for anyone. The hotel won’t allow people to bring food inside the room. It isn’t a problem for us, not sure about others.

The location is excellent, right off the old wall entrance. The streets parking are safe and easy to find parking spots. The bed was very comfortable.

Very nice hotel! The location is perfect: just next to the walls. The host is exceptionally helpful and welcoming. You feel at home! The room is very clean. The bed is very comfortable. There is an aiconditioning and a heating. You can park on a street nextdoor or in a 24h paking around the corner. There is a small bar/restaurant in the hotel, so the breakfast is easy to get. And in the evening it is possible to have a dinner. Very tasty cheese😋 I liked at most the host, Juan Carlos is very friendly and helpful. For example, when it appeared that my flight is delayed and i would not reach the hotel on a regular time, he sent me very clear instructions how to get in. In general, you feel welcome. I am really happy about this hotel and i will definitely advise it.

The single beds were really too close. I didn't want my friend to be breathing in my ear. Surprisingly, they wanted a cash payment and have now sent an email that says '€60 to pay' A bit unnerving

Great location just outside city walls with free street parking nearby. Only downside was the hotel did not permit food to be consumed in the rooms. Good quality and inexpensive restaurant recommended by hotel staff.
