Staff very friendly and helpful

The reason for our booking was the fact that the hotel had a small pool and leisure area, the pool wasn't in use, which was disappointing. However this fact was mentioned in the booking info so arguably our own fault for not noticing.

We had a great room, spacious, well equipped and very clean. The staff were very helpful, friendly, they acted very quickly and efficiently to facilitate a room change when a minor problem occurred shortly after our arrival.

It was quite windy when we were there and the shutters on the windows clanked noisily all night. Hotel parking is available but expensive, so we parked on street outside.

The underground parking was easy and secure, the room was comfortable and Salamanca is stunning. The hotel is very well located, a short walk over the fabulous bridge to the city.

Stayed in a room with a terrace. Very spacious and clean. Great views of the cathedral from the terrace. Great to have an underground secure car park on site. Easy walk over Roman bridge to the city centre from the hotel.

Everything was as expected.

The location was perfect as we were near the Roman Bridge and not too far from the Main Square,about 20 mins. Plenty of parking in the underground car park.

Generally I prefer old to modern but the Puente Romano was a good example of modern.

The hotel has an excellent location right by the Roman bridge 'Puente Romano'. Just cross the road go over the bridge and you are already in the old part of town. Perfect

Not really. However, parking can be a bit of challenge if you drive a big car, but staff members are professional enough in guiding you to park safely.

This is a lovely hotel with large spacious rooms. The beds were super comfortable and it’s close all the key attractions.

The price is too high, for the value, the breakfast is good but not worth 12 Euros. Even though it was restored in 2023 the house still looks inside a bit old-fashioned. In the common area of the house you can see dust on lamps etc. Our room itself was very clean and well cleaned everyday. Pool closed

For two persons the room including the terrace is big provides beautiful view, but the bathroom is quite small Friendly staff Nice park close to the hotel

The breakfast was very good, several choices and everything was fresh. Staff member was very helpful, calling a taxi for us to go to the train station.

Not tea or coffee making facilities in room. Free coffee and tea we would expect in a 4 star hotel. A little tired. Furniture and some repairs eg broken glass panels in lift need replacing.

Excellent location close to Roman bridge and easy walk into the centre of Salamanca. Large room with separate sitting area. Secure parking. Most of all amazing city views. Good value for money.

Very little!

Location with easy access from the motorway and walking distance to the city centre. Useful to have secure underground parking. We have stayed in this hotel a number of times over the last 10 years, and it's good to see the same (charming and helpful) staff both in the breakfast room and on reception.

Very good and great for secure parking. Good access (on foot) to old town. Staff exceptionally helpful.
