Tv internet signal regularly froze when watching programs- -Shower kept drowning the bathroom floor - lifts malfunction on last two days - music around the pool could be more relaxing instead of a persistent base sound - Staff are amazing and helpful - restaurants Italian and Japanese are great

I loved the space, the design, the ambience and the spacious ,cool bedrooms. Staff were very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Hotel location is really good with lots of walks and some nice shops.

Back garden Balcony wasn't great.Entrtainment at night for adults was poor.

Staff fabulous afyer our initial hotel refused an extension on our room before departure which was 10 hours and that hotel was appealing, the staff at Princess yiaza were amazing from the reception staff luggage staff I could not praise them enough, the 5 hours we were there were so relaxing and special. Thank you x

I liked everything. The only thing I would change would be having the a/c in soft play area set a bit cooler. Maybe a few more games in the games room.

Busy but never seemed overcrowded. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Lots for children to do. Lovely decor. Beds really comfortable. Good choice of restaurants and food at breakfast. Lovely choices of entertainment. Very close to the beach and a short stroll to both the town and the marina - perfect.

I enjoyed the entire vibe of the hotel and as a soul traveller felt completely safe and enjoyed the luxurious feel of the hotel and the little extras like turning down my sheets at 6pm and leaving a chocolate for me.

Honestly, nothing! It’s a great hotel.

Everything! The reception staff welcomed us with champagnes and our check in was so seamless, they gave us all of the info we needed and continued to be so helpful throughout the week. It is perfectly positioned between Playa Blanca and Marina Rubicon so all of the shopping, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, we had satellite tv, the safe was free and everything was spotless. Waters, tea and coffee were provided every day for free and the room had a fridge and microwave and a very spacious balcony. The pool area is fantastic with options for both kids and adults, towels included and can be changed all you want and the loungers are also so comfy! Special shoutout to Sebastian behind the bar on karaoke night who took such good care of us and played all the best music. A fantastic trip, will 100% be returning!

The kids club activities were lacking in "fun" to what we were expecting and read online on travel blogs, for example there was a paw patrol activity, when we arrived it was colouring in card. Another example was the activity was creative painting, when we asked to take part we were given paper and crayons. Also another advice which we hear from people who have attended other hotels is that the kids entertainment in the evening changes each night while it was a mini disco every night. The games room could do with updating as it is a huge room but with everything spaced out.

The staff were very welcoming and were extremely attentive, each time we interacted with one they made our daughter feel like the star attraction which was lovely. The cleanliness was fantastic, I don't think I saw a wrapper anywhere. The thing that sticks out the most which was incredible is the pool toy recycling box, when it gets to the end of the holiday you put your toys in for the next child to play with instead of buying new ones each time and dumping them somewhere or binning them. Beer was fantastic too

There was a lot of competition for the pool chairs so it would be good to have some sort of system that prevents people from leaving their towels and disappearing for hours on end.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the facilities and pool options were great - perfect for a family where kids and parents have different interests. Yaiza seemed to cater for everyone. The restaurant options were good and the breakfast was outstanding. We had a wonderful time!
