We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We liked the food the most. An excellent place for people who want to be there only and not visit other cities. Very high quality food with a large selection. A quiet place, mostly for older people.

Great hotel, just off the main area and beaches. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes & shops - good buzz to the area. The food at the hotel was tasty & varied, great value for money. Staff are lovely and very hard working in keeping the hotel clean and well stocked. Would definately return again ❤️

Full Board buffet food was excellent. The entertainment and staff were also excellent. The position of hotel is perfect as its very close to town and beach.

United KingdomWe loved everything about the Hotel President. The staff are ever so lovely and always ready to help. Our favourite part was the variety and quality of the food in the hotel restaurant. Don't hesitate to book half board/all inclusive- it’s worth every penny! 10mins from the beach 1hr on the train to Barcelona (great for a day trip)

United KingdomThe twin room was 2 single beds. I expected 2 double beds. My bed was very uncomfortable, but my friends bed was fine. I didn't complain to anyone, so these are just my thoughts. This was the only issue we had with this hotel.
This hotel was really good. So much better than we expected as the price was very reasonable. The food was exceptional, amazing value for money and such a excellent choice of fresh food each day. The dinning room staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Everywhere was clean. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. We had a great time.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are a good size and the fridge in the room is a great addition to my previous stay. The pool's are a good size. The food was very good , lots of choices. The drinks are reasonably priced. The location is good, 10 min walk to beach and centre.

A very comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff were very nice and friendly. They work extremely hard there to keep the show running. The food was good. The hotel was spotless and the pool was lovely.

First I have to say that the staff is AMAZING! So helpful and so understanding. I was alone with my 8 month old baby, and we had to leave early (4am) and they offered to make us breakfast to go. Food is great. And they have a bunch of activities for kids. The pool is also great, my baby loved it. Rooms were cleaned every day, no issue with this. Overall, we had an amazing girls trip, thank you!
