We loved everything.

Hotel is clean and bed was comfortable. It’s located right off Plaza Mayor with plenty of sidewalk cafes to eat or have a drink. Very walkable area to see the sights. The breakfast provided was also good to start your day. Staff was very helpful.

The location was amazing. Very close to Plaza Major with shops and restaurants right outside the door. Easy walking distance to all of the sights. The views from our balconies were outstanding.

Was great size for our family of 5, also it is very close to the main square and all the tourist attractions. We walked everywhere easily. We were even able to see the Easter processional from our little balcony.

Location is outstanding just a few meters from Plaza Mayor. The hotel is very historic dating back many years, but very up to date. Staff is outstanding. Breakfast was good.

The property was dated and run down. Our toilet stopped working twice. We had a hot water kettle and cups in our room but no tea, coffee or even daily waters provided.

The staff was nice and very accommodating . The location was excellent and the bed was comfortable.

Great hotel in a perfect central location. The reception staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. The room, although quite small was very clean and comfortable , with a really good powerful shower. Just opposite the front door there is a cute little restaurant where the food and service was fantastic and reasonable.

Noise insulation wasn't good. We heard every noise from the corridor, and even the sound of the water being turned on in the neighbor room.

It is noisy with loud music at night, but this is mostly expected. Not sure if you could have thicker glass to reduce noise.

Location was excellent, right next to main Plaza, full of outdoor restaurants to choose from. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable in every way. Nice hot shower. Good black-out curtains. Able to park our rental car close by in the Plaza Mayor underground parking lot.

Pastry could offer more choices and I would also appreciate some pancakes or other warm sweet breakfast options, but other than that, all great.

Great location, kind staff (mostly Maria assisting our breakfast), clean and surprisingly quiet room for the location and a discount for our parking at Plaza de las Descalzas situated 6min by walk from this place and also quite good breakfast for the price. We enjoyed the large offer of juices incluiding a fresh orange juice as well as whole fruit availability. Would definitely stay here again!

The bathroom is separated only by a glass wall and there is actually no soundproofing. But it is not critical, especially if you stay alone.

The hotel is located in a very good location - 3 minutes to Plaza Mayor. The staff is friendly, helpful and cheerful. Everything was tidy and clean. The room was small, but perfectly adequate for a one night stay. Breakfast - Kiwi smoothy was a good addition to the standard continental menu.

The staff were exceptionally helpful in locating local eating establishments. The location of the hotel was very central. On our last evening, an elderly gentleman was busking below our window singing opera. A memorable moment to cherish,
