We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This is a perfect combination of ideal hotel in an amazing location. Warm and engaging hosts, Dani and Valeria, welcome you. The place is simply, but classically and beautifully appointed, rooms are styled in a traditional and comfy way; all set in an incredibly lovely medieval village. Evening and breakfast food is a perfect accompaniment - prepared and served by an engaging and warm team.

Lovely well restored building in a charming small town. The property is very tastefully decorated and the people running it were very friendly. Great value for money with a superb breakfast. There is a great municipal pool in the village also open in the summer where we spent a happy couple of hours.

The hotel is… simply…beautiful. The hosts were amazing, welcoming and simply couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was a problem. Food was out of this world. This should be a 5* hotel and for the price is exceptional value for money. Perfect location in the town. Loved sitting out on the balcony and taking it all in. Facilities and quality of the rooms, just brilliant, the small touches, chocolates in the room, air con, lovely bathroom and shower. Just amazing quality and taste. Again something I would expect from a 5* hotel. We spent 2 weeks in Spain, staying in different hotels each night… and this was, by far, the best hotel and for the money was way above the rest. Absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you Valeria and Dani for an amazing stay.

The location at the heart of the ancient medieval town of Uncastillo is gorgeous, the staff were helpful and English and Spanish, and the food was very good.

A great position in the middle of this historic town……beautifully configured with every attention to detail, keeping the architecture modern but truly empathetic to the ancient structure. We had a duplex room on the top floor with stunning views of the Pyrenees. Really loved the furnishings and quality of the bed.

We checked in to hotel. We felt like we were leaving a friends house when we checked out. Inma & Miguel were the most gracious of hosts. Miguel even moved his car so we were closer to get our luggage from our car. We enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant on our first night & felt like we were honoured guests in their home. ( We actually were...) They offered plenty of good advice on places to see & things to do in tje area, which without a doubt enhanced our visit. Our room was on the top level of the hotel & it was wonderful to open the gable windows in the morning & watch the swallows at play.
