The host was amazing. Great communication prior to getting there. Given it was a Sunday and the towns supermarket was closed and the town has no restaurants the host drove three of us to the next town where we could have lunch and then picked us up when we were finished. Such thoughtfulness and kindness. We were very grateful. A good breakfast included as well.

Ease of checking in. Was early trying to beat rain off the Camino they greeted me warmly. Helpful & accomodating! Would stay there again! The breakfast was laid out for my 0600 departure.. so plentiful and healthful I made a lunch..a benefit being on the Camino!

We liked everything.

Lovely, friendly host. Spotlessly clean house with beautiful decor. We had a small, but lovely double room with a roof window. Lots of space on the ground floor for eating, a lounge for relaxing, a small kitchen area for preparing simple meals (no fridge), complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The host provided an amazing complimentary breakfast. There is a supermarket a minute's walk from the hotel, it's open until 9pm.

It was perfect for us.

Breakfast was wonderful… all the good food we needed to begin our next day of walking the Camino. Nohemi also offered us some great advice about warm up exercises and some choices for our route ahead.

The room was a cozy reprieve on a rainy afternoon. Ending our Camino hike in Rioseco was a great choice and our stay was refreshing. After grabbing some food from the grocery store, we were able to use the small kitchen area to warm some soup and make some sandwiches for ourselves. The morning brought a delicious pilgrim's breakfast and a great conversation with our server. It was a great way to start our day.

Top floor (attic) room had very low slanted ceiling. With such a low clearance it was very difficult to move around.

Because of the sloped ceilings in our room it was a little uncomfortable having to bend down to reach certain areas of the room. Through no fault of the hosts we were unlucky to have a neighbouring dog barking for most of the night which interrupted sleep. It was a shame because the B&B is located in a really quiet spot.

This lovely little B&B is tucked away near the border of Santander and the Basque Country. It's comfy and homely, and really conveniently located for travelling along the coastline as it's close to the main routes. The supermarket was a stone's throw away and there were facilities to eat and store cold food. The surrounding coastline is breath-taking, and the host gave us great recommendations for places to eat nearby. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety.

This house is in a very pretty little village. It’s well decorated and has a nice garden with beautiful flowers. It’s very comfortable and staff are friendly. Good supermarket and bar nearby.

On the other hand it lacked atmosphere and facilities with no bar or restaurant nearby. Also the shower did not have warm water which is very important after walking the Camino
