The narrow steps to get to the property. No bar facilities . no snack facilities 4 star hotel . Coffee out of a vending machine. Reception appeared non existent. On arrival the guy on reception quite rude no hello. Welcome etc. just said you need to pay . Asked if he could tell me my room number. Advised it’s on the card. No thanks or politeness . The male pool attendant. Very rude . Another British guy asked for a sun shade one available but broken. Pool attendant Said no . He spent most of the time facing the opposite direction to the pool with head phones on in a corner . Good job no emergency Today. On leaving handed card back for door. No thanks or adiós. Hope you enjoyed your stay.

The air conditioning system in our room was quite noisy, frequently switching on and off throughout the night to maintain the temperature. I recommend bringing earplugs for a more comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the layout of our room was rather unconventional. The toilet and shower were located directly within the main room, with minimal separation from the rest of the space. If you're not comfortable with the idea of using the bathroom or showering in a glass enclosure while your travel companion is relaxing on the bed, I suggest checking the room's setup carefully before booking.

The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from the bustling center of Sitges, but there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafés around the Marina area nearby. The nearest beach is less than a 5-minute walk away, although I would recommend doing a bit of research in advance, especially if you are traveling with children. The sunsets from this side of town are absolutely spectacular, so if you enjoy chasing the sun, I recommend saving at least one evening to experience them by the Hotel area. The pool area is quite spacious and provided a great escape from the 35°C heat. Beds were large and comfy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to store our bags for a few hours after check-out, which gave us extra freedom to enjoy a final sunset stroll and some delicious tapas.

The staff at reception was not very welcoming. I wouldn’t say rude but we were asked for the city tax given our key and sent on our way. There was no instruction regarding internet access, where to find our room, breakfast.

It was out of the center so it was quiet and peaceful. There are restaurants near by and a little market. There is a bus stop a short walk from the property and a quick walk to a really nice beach.It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, lots of hot water and great water pressure. The AC worked very well. The pool was fantastic. The cleaning staff were kind and very accommodating when we requested and extra pillow.

The constant loud noise from the air conditioner it's hard to relax sometimes. And the fact that the toilet bowl is NOT separate from the room you have no privacy! The shower without a door or something to stop the water from going outside the shower cabin. And the fact that the last 2 days we didn't received big towels, only small ones!

Lovely and spacious rooms. Maid service everyday. Having a fridge was great. Breakfasts suited all of our family from continental to full cooked. Lovely pool and fabulous view from the balcony over the pool and sea.

The sun beds very uncomfortable,umbrellas were difficult to use , the smell of the drains in the bedroom was not very nice and the aircon very noisy .

The hotel is large and dated. While the room was large, it had too many doors (quite clumsy to make it to the bathroom in the dark the first night). The location has a nice marina, but it's about a mile from the town and lacks the personality of Sitges. It's a long walk to the train station but the hotel can order a cab.

The room was spacious and had a balcony. The hotel had a good sized swimming pool. A short walk away you can watch a fantastic sunset. There are several (very expensive) restaurants nearby. There is a popular clothing-optional beach nearby for those that like a naturist lifestyle. The walk into town is nice but not level (don't forget your hat!). Breakfast was good.

We booked an apartment but the facilities in the kitchen was inferior. The living room was not cosy with just a sofa and a table. There was a crack in the mirror of the cupboard in the bedroom and the doors didn't slide. I needed to report it three times before the sliding doors were repaired. It felt like a room that had not been used for a long time. Our balcony was full of sand and we needed to clean the chairs and table before we could use it. From the photo's I took you can see that the bathroom and kitchen really beed maintanance. The toilet was placed in a way that I had to sit 90 degrees turned, no room for legs.

The shower didn’t have a door causing a lot of water to get out into the room which was frustrating as it wasn’t expected causing things to get wet. When greeted at the hotel you’re given no information about breakfast or activités in the area and reception was left unattended a lot of the time

The rooms were in need of updating. No headboard, the chair in the bedroom was old & dirty and the air conditioning unit was very loud.
