Bed was pretty uncomfortable but that is different for everyone. Nothing much to complain about!

Breakfast was amazing!! Location is wonderful. So close to the town. Beautiful "resort" style hotel. Very easy to relax and recharge.

Some may find the steps up from town a bit challenging. The rooms are small but lovely nevertheless. The restaurant for dinner is wonderful but often fully booked, so book ahead. More pillows please!!!

Great vibe and style. Friendly staff with excellent service. Amazing breakfast. Good location for going out in the evening. Easy transfer to/from airport for a weekend break.

The room was relatively small for the price. Difficult to get there without a car, we arrived via train and tram and then couldn't get a taxi to the hotel from the port for over half an hour. The hotel are unable to send a taxi to pick you up due to local rules. Restaurant is v busy so best book in advance

Amazing view, outside areas, pool, bar and restaurant were spectacular. Breakfast was v nice, again with a fab view. Drinks and food at the pool bar were good with great service. We had some initial issues with booking but the staff went beyond expectations to sort things out and allowed us use of a suite for 2 nights of our stay.

The beds and bedding aren't very comfortable. They should have two pillows per person, not one and a 2nd that's not usable. Beds could be softer as well as sheets and duvet. There is two buildings to this hotel. When we got our room keys my husband was by himself. They didn't explain to him that he had to go to another building or where it was so he searched the building the lobby was in for half an hour looking for our room. Going up and down the elevator and waking through wings of rooms not able to find the number on our card. He was really frustrated by the end. They should walk you to where it is cause there is no way anyone would figure that out on their own. I also think for a hotel this caliber they should be taking your luggage to your room for you. Also we barley watch tv on vacation but we were tired one night and would have really enjoyed if they had a smart tv where you could stream or watch Netflix...ect. The tv there only has a bunch of Spanish channels. Either way we still loved our stay and the hotel.

The hotel and property are absolutely stunning. The views are incredible. We booked a bigger room and it was exactly what we were hoping for. Loved the extra touches of leaving a beach bag and towels for us to use when we went to the beach. Also the sun hat sunscreen, postcard to send home and the reusable water bottle that we could fill at the hotels water stations. The spa was lovely and I had a great massage. The sauna and steam room got nice and hot in the evenings. The food at the pool was amazing and very fresh ingredients as were the drinks and bartenders. The views from the pool are unmatched. The night restaurant and views and ambiance are great as was breakfast. You do need to make a dinner reservation though. The area between the restaurant and bar is beautiful and homey. We loved the donkey bar staff and the wine selection. The hotel let's you use e bikes and paddle boards for free, which is awesome. The hotel is close to the port and other restaurants but you do need to take a long set of stairs. If you arnt semi fit this would be difficult. Over all we loved our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Our stay at the bikini island & mountain hotel was simply outstanding! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful surroundings and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location is perfect, offering easy access to both local attractions and a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable – always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast was a delightful experience each morning, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. We especially enjoyed the free yoga class, which was such a thoughtful addition to the overall experience.

The walk to and from the hotel is located on a very steep hill.

Great hotel, the pool area was so relaxing and no reserving of sunbeds which meant you could take your time eating breakfast. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. We booked the bay side plus room which had amazing views of the mountains and port (room 426). The hotel also has yoga sessions most mornings with gym equipment on the roof top as well. Only a short walk to the port with plenty of restaurants. The Donkey Bar located on the roof top was great, really good cocktails and drinks which was perfect for pre drinks. Beds are comfortable but could do with two pillows not just the one. Rooms cleaned every day when you turn the sign to green on the door, if you didn’t want the room cleaned you leave it red. Lots of storage in wardrobes.

We booked a garden room and the room was much smaller than we had anticipated from pictured viewed online. The room was also very dark. Better lighting and lighting in the wardrobe would help this.

Really like the location. The pool and pikini bar was a great place to spend time and the bar had really good selection of drinks and food.

The fact that you couldn’t order cocktails from the bar in the restaurant and that you can’t sit on the restaurant side even tho it was close to closing for the bar seemed ridiculous- fair enough if two separate entities but you could charge your room from the restaurant anyway. They wouldn’t even let me go order and pay for a cocktail of my choice at the bar and bring to the restaurant while I was having dinner. Most luxury hotels are more than accommodating when I comes to this and I found that it wasn’t here. Only a small complaint in an overall excellent stay

Only one minor negative and that is the size of room but lots of storage to manage your stay.

Superb setting in a fabulous location with a short walk to the beach. Interior design outstanding with a hint of Marrakesh but unique. So many fabulous touches for you to enjoy from drinking water stations to beach bag and water bottles. Food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was just excellent and bar snacks by pool superb. Very friendly staff with excellent service.

Beds were very uncomfortable and pillows too! Bedrooms were small and seemed to be just a quick paint over from the previous hotel. Service in neni at dinner was poor.

Our room was unfortunately located on the floor beneath the restaurant, which meant we had an early wake-up call (around 6am) and would have struggled to sleep before 12 midnight as the sound through the ceiling of footsteps, moving tables and chairs was loud. Also need to revise, and police, the sunbed policy; most of the beds were reserved with towels but no people before breakfast! .. we’re nitpicking though, this place is really special and would stay again.

Great location, very chilled and friendly atmosphere; staff were really helpful. All food was delicious, breakfast, lunch and dinner (would recommend booking the restaurant in advance). Rooms were on the small side, but decent sized bed so it didn’t impact our experience. We expected to go down to the port more, but ended up staying at the hotel because we didn’t want to leave!

Really enjoyed the feeling and interior of this stunning place. We had some awesome food in the restaurant and the breakfast was 10/10 The beds were comfortable and the pool area was clean and nice. A little bit sad that you have to take a sunbed early before your morning coffee to have a chance to get one… Just take the stairs down to the harbor and the restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back!

The rooms and hotel were very well decorated. The beds were comfortable and the terrace had a great view, and included curtains for privacy as well as a chair and a daybed. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. The pool was nice and the hotel was a 5-8 mins walk to the main road and beach.

Hike to the hotel from the harbour 🥲 and lack of parking.

Loved the location above the bay, the bar was cosy and had fab fireplace and cosy library. The rooms were nice, a bit small but clean.
