There were two things. When I texted the hotel a day before, nobody answered, which resulted in some confusion upon our late arrival. Also, there was one man(member of staff) who was always very grumpy and rude at one point, telling us off for not leaving the room on time, even though we were staying two nights. But apart from that all the other members of staff were extremely nice and helpful, so it didn't spoil our stay.

Everything was really nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was a big disappointment it’s toast or croissant tea or coffee fruit juice and fruit but that is limited on our last day only apples and bananas ,no coat hangers which is on belief and information leaflets for the surrounding area still love location just needs things adding like the above

The online booking system, having to download an app and type in a code before gaining access - or so l thought, though when we turned up the door was open and there were actual people to check us in which was a pleasant surprise. Also the hotel badly needs an awning over it's westerly facing main door - the reception area was very sunny - and hot, even though the a/c was working full blast. plus, l wasn't keen on reception and dining area occupying the same space - it was slightly unnerving to enter the hotel to find a family eating lunch beside us as we checked in....

Lovely small hotel in a quiet location having views to sea and mountains. Great roof top area. Nice comfy room and spotlessly clean. Decent continental breakfast with an Italian based menu in evening which was very good at an excellent price. Staff helpful.

Restaurant food wasn't great, avoid the pasta dishes as they were pretty awful however their pizzas were good advise one between two people. Area was dead local bar had limited tapas at a good price but was only open Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening

Bathroom was unclean. Glasses had not been washed and paper coasters curled and wet. Shower had hair on the wall, glass doors and base. Corroded hinges.😪😵 We opted NOT to shower.

Would have graded higher as service and breakfast excellent as was evening meal.

"King-size bed" were just two separate single beds put together in a way that kept splitting in two the whole night through... Please improve the construction, as such an offer does not make sense. No hangers in the bathroom and the room itself.

In the middle of nowhere, very quiet and calm area. Modest but clean and fair enough considering the price. Restaurant/pizzeria available in the same building, just next to the reception desk (please avoid choosing Italian cheese and cold cut platter, terribly greasy and not Italian at all!!!). Breakfast was very fine, ordered from the menu, but you can order whatever you wish from the list available both in English and Español. No worries about the parking at the street - the town ends right there, you can park your car everywhere, also just in front of the hotel :)

Despite being of modern design, the bathroom lacked some essentials, in particular a decent shelf to place toiletries and there were no facilities to hang clothes whilst showering. The towels were clean but of poor quality and not absorbent.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and accomodating. Room was clean and large.

Even though the bathroom and bedroom were really clean, there was a terrible smell of drains/methane in the bathroom. When we left the door open we had to open the bedroom window to get rid of it.

Roof terrace was amazing. Town was really interesting.

Breakfast menu card for English speaking guests would be helpful - although we enjoyed our breakfast we didn’t understand what was available. No fault of the staff it is our poor understanding of the Spanish language. A menu card would have allowed us to fully understand choices available.

Very clean comfortable room with excellent Wi-Fi and good shower. Lovely big bed and nice bedding. Staff were all courteous and helpful.

App - I received several messages about it. I installed it, but it doesn't work at all because our room lock was broken and this worked just with simple key. Also breakfast we didn't understand that no menu, table for choose
