The location is perfect, and the food was great. The outdoor swimming pool is beautiful, and the indoor pool is also quite nice, though it was disappointing that children are not allowed in the afternoon. When it’s rainy, it becomes very difficult to explain to a child that swimming is forbidden. The room was very small, the bed was uncomfortable, and to be completely honest, we didn’t get the 'pool view' we paid for. I will attach some photos so you can see that, technically, there is a pool view. However, the photos on the website showed a completely different view—for example, the photo was taken from a higher floor with a direct pool view, while we had a room on the ground floor. Please ensure the website transparently shows the view from each room. The entertainment was great; the team was friendly and professional, and our 3-year-old loved their shows. The room was cleaned every day.

EXTREMELY small toilets !!, dirty balcony !! poor room service in terms of cleaning !! , employees in the restaurant are very friendly but sometimes don't speak English, easy orders get often difficult; without these things it could easily be a 9.5 or 10

Not a dislike, just a suggestion - maybe just a small library (book-shelf) with bedtime stories for kids.

Excellent hotel for family vacation. It's right by the beach, and there are multiple different swimming pools, all suitable for kids. The food buffets are great, combining quantity, variety and quality. The staff is lovely, smilling and helpful.

We were given the option to have buffet dinner, but it wasnt to our liking. There isnt much choice around the hotel. We booked the hotel to take part in mallorca 312, for that it was perfect.

The hotel allowed us to keep my bike in our room which was very good.

Fantastic hotel, perfectly located for the 312 event. A lot of very helpful and friendly staff. Incredibly accommodating with all the cyclists staying. Took everything in their stride.

The hotel was really fantastic. Having an indoor pool for when the weather wasn't great was an absolute win for us with our kids and the kids pool with the inflatable dome was a hit. Breakfasts were incredible with so many options and we loved the activities in the evenings too - particularly Kahoot! The staff were super friendly and our room was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

stayed off season, so very quiet. outdoor bars/ restaurant closed.no labelling on the food at the snack bar and very limited vegetarian and gluten free options.

i think the hotel need to take serious actions maybe to change the scene place or time of their show programme from 9/10pm to 8/9pm as at 10pm to listed rock music like it is performing in your bed it is not holiday,they really need to make improvements with their show programme as i sow in reviews i am not the only one complaining , overall the hotel is good from all points of view especially staff Ibelostar you need to apreciete your staff they do make a big difference but you may consider to change show manager as it is ruining your hotel reputation.

There are a lot of positive and good things to mention.Starting from receptionist Aurelia who saved our holiday and made more then her best to make as happy.Thank you Aurelia! - The beach is not part of hotel. You have to pay extra if you want an umbrella/other equipment. - Check-in takes longer that expected, even after filling in the online application form.

- Amazing variety of food for breakfast and dinner. - Great people staying at hotel, a lot of families. - A lot of activities and events at hotel (shows, etc.). Great facilities.

Not that anyone will read this, With far too many bikers over the season, I'd propose the stand for our bikes. That will, at first, put us away from leaning our bikes over the walls or furniture, and second, it will ease that manipulation in the room.

The cleaners will make all the difference in the world. Towels, laundry and all facilities were well maintained and clean. The pool and restaurant were always a pleasure to visit. Love the fact that the staff help us to learn more Spanish :) After all, it was a great holiday.
