Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe cleaning staff start at around 8AM in the morning and make a lot of noise/loud talking in the corridors directly outside the rooms. The walls must be rather thin.
Excellent location, helpful staff, large clean room, fantastic breakfast served until midday. Rooftop terrace is wonderful. Nice pool area.

New ZealandAccess to my room was tricky. Two sets of stairs after lift. Difficult with two suitcases. TV not working properly and only one person on reception, so fixing it not easy, but got done.
The location, perfect. The breakfast, excellent. Room, delightful. Lovely maintenance man assisted with tv repair, then again with safe (door wouldn't open)

BelgiumProblems with the coffee machine every day. I go there since a while and nothing change at all.... Everything gets old and nothing is refurbished. They really should think about a revamp of the rooms and common halls.
Good value for Sitges as the hotel is located in the heart of the village. The breakfast has a wide variety of food.

Lots of choice at breakfast love the fact it’s served 8 -12, and great they they don’t rush you out, relaxed atmosphere and choice of inside or out. Huge bed and choice of pillows, tea and coffee and fridge with water restocked every day in our room, Great shower, fab roof top bar, barman made sure my husbands favourite drink was restocked asap when they ran out, nice afternoon tea treat and fresh lemonade and fruit available throughout the day, view and location absolutely excellent!!! Pool is a big jacuzzi and was a real highlight sun beds comfy and a suntrap, reception staff welcoming and helpful - absolutely love it there

United KingdomThe hotel is ready for a lick of paint and there is so much opportunity for the hotel bar to be even better than it already is.
Located on the front opposite one of the many beaches was amazing. The view from the top floor bar was superb. The breakfast at the hotel was exceptional - Lots of choice and the best coffee! The outdoor spa pool and sunbathing area was a great bonus.

The central location facing the beach and at the centre of the town. Very quiet at night. Comfy bed. The breakfast was five star, an amazing selection and everything freshly prepared and beautifully presented with a great selection of coffees too. The roof top bar was perfect for a night cap. Tea/ coffee making in the room was nice.
