Curtains were a nightmare trying to access balcony. As they were one huge thick curtain couldn't push them all the way across to keep door open

It is clean but the u hotel could be a bit more modern, especially the corridors feel a bit out of date

The location is excellent - close to a beach, the centre, great restaurants. We had two double beds next to each other since we wanted twin beds. It was super comfortable, we enjoyed a great view. The room was very clean. We absolutely loved breakfast - delicious, so varied, fresh, and until noon. We also enjoyed the roof top terrace. Great place!!

Hotels location was great - some rooms haven’t been updated and are a little basic. Go for a room With a balcony. Great location Breakfast was amazing and served until 12!!

Lack of ironing facilities - it was hard to track down an iron.

Room was large and well airconditioned. very clean hotel and well run. Breakfast was outstanding - with so much choice.

Noisy Air conditioner in our room, Kettle in room was dangerous as it did not turn off when water boiled and resulted in boiling water going everywhere. Room was in need of a refurbishment as grouting in bathroom discoloured, rusty bin in bathroom, worn toilet seat, room not swept well, ceiling panels loose, some corners in bathroom dirty and discoloured. Room was next to stairs so was noisy when people walked passed. Annoying particularly when people were talking loudly and going back to their rooms late at night.

The hotel is small and they are additional steps even when using the elevator. Upstairs bar doesn’t open until four.

Staff was outstanding even assisting me to get a left piece of technology. Location was wonderful. Bedding and air condition was great. Upstairs bar has a great view and staff went out of the way to make you welcome. Breakfast was also good.

Nothing to dislike.

Lovely location, right on the seafront overlooking the beach. Check-in was fast and painless. Our room (404) had a sea view balcony, air-con, fridge and a huge bed. Breakfast is a huge buffet with everything you could possibly want, and it’s served until midday, so no rushing in the mornings. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Location for bars, restaurants etc is perfect - the hotel is right in the middle of it all. This is a very good hotel and we'd certainly visit again.

A little dated around the pool e.g. fix decking and clean under pool cover.

Location was perfect. View of the sea from the hotel bar. Choice available at breakfast. Jets to make swimming pool a spa plunge pool.

The incredible super kingsize bed. The breakfast. The staff. The pool out the back with the spa jets (the ones that did work). Late breakfast.

Personally I did not have a problem with this but the occupants were mainly male couples which the hotel may consider putting on their website as there were 2 families there with young children which may have caused an issue.

Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was really good. There is a lovely terrace of the bar area on 5th floor which was lovely to sit in the evenings. The pool area is small considering the number of rooms but our room was on the lower floor with direct access which was great as I had a knee replacement a few months back.
