We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Good location to the airport. Helpful check in staff. Vending machine for coffee and snacks in lobby while we waited. Great restaurant La Mesa was nearby, very good!

NorwayEverything was great during our stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near supermarkets and the railway station, and it’s just a short walk to the airport bus station. While the hotel is not brand new, both of the rooms we stayed in were clean and fully functional. Some aspects showed signs of wear, but overall, everything was in good shape. And if you are a light sleeper, I would recommend earplugs cause sometimes you can hear other guests.

FinlandDuring the night, the entrance to the hotel is from the side of the building, and it has a metal ramp that creates a lot of noise when people walk on it. Mosquitoes seem to swarm in the wetland next to the hotel. If you keep the window open, you will get stung during the night.
Check out was quick and simple, the lady at the desk was nice and helpful. Location was easy to find and the property offered free parking. Easy to get to the airport from here!

United KingdomMy only criticism was the emergency bulkhead light in the bedroom - the green LED light on it 24/7 was very bright and lit up the whole room in the middle of the night, it was like having a bright streetlight right outside the window. Very disruptive to sleep.
The guy on reception when i arrived was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and quite powerful, the internet was good. It was a functional hotel with basic facilities - fine for my purposes.

The price and the location was good ! It seams they need more employees Cz they response your messages slowly and rarely pick up your phones as we were worrying about the checking in as they noticed the last check in time was by 10:30 pm ! OMG Is this European work style? I had worse experience in Rome Italy! In USA / China and most other area ( except Europe) they have open for 24 hours in case late flights arrivals !

The room was clean, but the toilet was faulty and kept flushing and making noises. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Overall, the stay was pleasant and I recommend this hotel.

IcelandBathroom was kind of worn out as the whole room was. Also you could hear things from the other rooms around this one and some couple there was indeed having a better time then I had, banging each other. Rather high price for two nights at this location quite far away from the city center.
I was surprised by the beds how good they were. In Spain in general bed here ain't too much of a comfort but this hotel surprised me to be honest. AC worked fine and there shower cell was big and spacey.
