The shower didn’t drain very well, sink was in the room and not bathroom, Other then that room was perfect.

Very central hotel. Buffet was very good. Room was a good size and comfortable. Pool area was lovely and even though you are beside a main roundabout was not too noisy. Will return next year

No separate bathroom, only closed shower and separate toilet. Sink with mirror in corner of room. Lots of drunk and noisy English guests during the night.

Nothing not to like

Right on the "Egg" in San An. Have stayed here before. This time it was an emergency booking last min as my flight was canceled so only stayed one night. The buffet breakfast bar was good and caters for most type of breakfast you want

They messaged me the link to check in, it wasn't working and I was told to contact booking.com with that - how could they help if that was the vibra website that was giving me the error? They were a bit slow with responding but in the end we didn't have issues checking in in person. Hotel is so loud at night - your can hear everything from the hallway - it's not possible to sleep without earplugs. The door to the toilet or showers it's just glass so not much privacy. We stayed there for 4 nights outside of season and it was ok, I don't think I would like to stay there longer especially during the peak season.

Great location, close to the city centre and Lidl, big parking near Lidl is also within walking distance. It was very clean and staff were super nice. Breakfast was also good, lots of options and they are working really hard and fast to refill the food.

You only had a sheet as a duvet and you could smell the dirty mop the cleaner used. Drinks were really expensive two strawberry daiquiri were £25. Very hard to get sun lounge round the pool you have to wait at the door at 10am and people run to the poolside and out the towels down. Breakfast was cold and very basic.

Property was central to everything in a fantastic location.

Room was fairly small. Breakfast was expensive on top of the room. We opted to avoid it. Staff are very restrictive on who can walk in and out the front door. Friends or family won’t be able to come and go.

A quite bad smell was in the room coming from bathroom sewage. First we thought it will be gone in few hour’s but it wasn’t at all. My wife requested at reception to change room as it is unbearable to take a breath, but unfortunately we slept first night in the same room and next day another room was given, plus staff knows that the room was faulty. Absolutely disgrace.

Late night disturbance from outside the room and very loud around 3am. There must be more food item for vegetarian in brkfst buffet. We jst had cheese omelette and bread.

Only possible thing that wouldn’t make it a 10/10 is how little sound proofing the rooms have - you would have thought in one of the party capitals of the world that the rooms would be very sound proofed, but you could hear anything from the corridors

Breakfast was fantastic, location is great, rooms are very clean and comfortable, wonderful facilities all included with the room, staff were extremely polite and spoke very good English

Cleaners didn’t change sheets!! Had to ask for them to be changed.. didn’t mop room either just basic sweep n add tissue/new towels. Lift was broken & security were very rude
