They are renovating each floor and only the first and second are ready, so you can hear the construction work in the morning, but we were out exploring every day which didn't matter much. The receptionist gave us one set of keys and didn't give us the Alfred Smart website for opening the doors. We came in groups for a wedding/holiday, it would have been better if they provided everyone with these and Wi-Fi passwords instead having to ask. We had set of towels missing but received the following day after mentioning this to the receptionist. Worst of all, we had a big flood from a burst pipe above the bathroom in our apartment. The water flooded the entire apartment and our belongings that was on the floor. The water came out to all the rooms and into the hallway and down the stairs. It was difficult getting hold of anyone from management. There was no one answering calls, and it took a while to get hold of someone. Eventually, they sent a few people to clean up the mess. They moved us a couple of times to the fourth floor where the rooms were bigger but not renovated, not double glazed which you can hear the traffic outside and the floors wasn't cleaned. However, the beds were comfortable and there was air conditioning.

We picked up the keys from the reception. There was three of us in one apartment and two in another, and we were opposite of each other which was nice. We were on the second-floor apartments which was newly renovated, so it looked lovely and modern. It had a great shower, it's clean, double-glazed windows, beds (including the sofa bed) were comfortable. They had a microwave, pots, pan, utensils, cutlery, cleaning pack (washing-up liquid, sponge, cloth, laundry tablets), hair dryer, ironing board and iron. The apartment block is right opposite the El Cortes Ingles/Nuevo Centro shopping centre for everyday essentials. you can also access the Turia metro through the shopping centre. Everything is close by, the lovely walk along the former Turia riverbed, the Arts and science museum (stunning architecture), Oceanografic (amazing aquarium), including the airport, around 20 minutes by taxi (Euro 9-10), 35-45 minutes by public transport. We shared taxi for the 4-night stay as everywhere is no more than 20 Euro.

Lack of WI-FI connection. The WI-FI worked only close to the door or in the hall outside our room. I think that it depends on the room you stay in because our friends who stayed in the different room( portal 9) has a great WI-FI signal.

All was fine. Maybe would be nice to have an electric kettle to make some tea. However, need to mention that a coffee machine was there and also you could boil some water in a pot so that was doable for the tea as well.

Good location, within walking distance to old town 15-20 min walk. Clean, well equipped apartment with modern furniture. We were two adults and all we needed was there including iron and iron board and even hair dryer. Nice and clean bathroom. Living room with sofa and TV set. Comfortable hard bad. We got link to a mobile application to open gate and apartment door on the arrival day. That worked fine all the time. We also took a traditional key from the reception to have a backup just in case our phones get discharged. Nice and helpful staff at the reception. Kitchen and living room we did not really use as most time we spent out in the city.

The walls are a bit thin so you can sometimes hear conversations in the adjacent apartment. A couple of chairs on the balcony would be nice.

It was a clean comfortable apartment close to shops, restaurants and some major attractions. The kitchen was adequately stocked with all necessities. Check in was easy and the person on reception was friendly and helpful.

The building itself and the immediate surroundings don't look great. It's perfectly safe, just not a "wow" from the exterior. Similarly the interior decor is pretty basic Ikea, lots of gray, white and tan. One of the elevators was being used for a construction project or something, and so was covered in cardboard inside. However, nothing negatively affected our comfort.

Location was perfect. I needed to attend a conference and my family members wanted to see the sights. This place is just outside the old city, and there are great transportation options (bus and metro) both into the historic center and to the conference venue--also good ways to get to the beach, etc. It's also quite walkable, with groceries and produce shops nearby, as well as some decent restaurants. Facilities were good, if slightly spare feeling, and we really appreciated having a washing machine and a drying rack.

The Wifi was unfortunately very slow for Laptop and was sometimes even disconnected. During our stay, one neighbor room was under construction and made noise every day from 8 am, which was very disturbing.

The apartment is very clean. And it was simple to get the doors open digitally without the physical keys, since we arrived out of opening time.

It is a bit noisy during the day as it is on a main road but I knew this before hand, quiet during the night though.

The building might seem dated but the apartment has been fully renovated, it really has everything one needs, it’s very practical, I loved the “kitchen pack”! Everything works well from hot water to washing machine to lights and very good internet! Great location near the gardens and short walking distance from the old town. Across from El Cortes Ingles.
