We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Netherlandsthe room for 4 people was very small. When we arrived the first thing that the host told us was that if we made any noise he would directly call the police without asking first. We had no intentions of making noise and we didn’t. It does not feel very welcoming and in hindsight it is completely unnecessary.

The staff were very nice. The hotel is a little dated but for the most part it was good. Food was good, A family run hotel with a history. Beside an ancient church near the mountains.

The rooms are simple, but clean with a good shower and comfortable bed. The staff were first class and very helpful. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant which has been now operating for 100 years serving traditional Catalan food. Great selection on the menus at a very reasonable cost. The hotel is well situated in the town. We really enjoyed our stay and it is a good base for the many walks and places nearby to explore.

ItalyBathroom could have a been a little cleaner. Was not dirty but not clean 100%. Not a nice view from the room! Old and dirty areas outside.
Good treatment by staff. Excellent location. 10-15min drive from Girona airport. Reception waited for us. arriving almost at 00.4 a couple of hours after We we’re supposed to arrive. Did not make us feel guilty even though if was not our fault but the flight was delayed. Excellent breakfast. Good coffee and fresh food.

SwedenAs the hotel is right by the main square, which has a church with a bell, it was really annoying how the church bell would ring every 15 minutes starting from 8 in the morning until about midday, and also at 2 am. The bell was constantly heard from my room. As the room wasn't really that well soundproofed, I also heard any other guests walking and talking in the hallway. So it wasn't the best stay for an undisturbed night of sleep.
The hotel is really close to the main square and many restaurants. Free parking is available 5 minutes walk away from the hotel.
