Terrible instructions on how to find the keys Staff on night duty free excellent but uninformed. Facility was in use by groups of students celebrating end of school and it was very noisy up to 4 am. Not great when you had an early flight next day.

There was nobody on site after reception closed at 5pm. It is easy to lock yourself out of the apartments and if this happens after 5pm you have to contact a local locksmith to get back into the room. This happened to us and cost €100. Nobody from the staff team was available. This is a safety issue if a small child is locked into the room and unable to reach the door handle which thankfully did not happen to us, it is also prohibited to double lock the door from the inside. The locksmith was easily able to open the door from the outside so I would suggest this is a security issue that needs to be looked at by the apartment reception team.

The apartments were clean and comfortable and the pools were really good.

Could do with some more sun loungers by the pool, very limited to the amount of apartments. And no one cleaned the apartment for our 7 day stay.

The apartment was very spacious and in a quiet location but very central to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of linen.

for awareness. you may want to budget for a hire car to take advantage of the area and attractions. Olimpia were good and nearby. Swimming pool was a bit too warm for us. kitchen missing oven gloves.

Nice clean modern apartment in gated area with swimming pool and parking. 15 min walk to beach and 10 min walk to supermarket. Generally well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here

Had to call several times to have get keys an instructions, did not get them via e-mail o text. Parking password did not work, and we did not know how to acces the pool

There was a slight smell of cigarette in one of the apartments. Maybe the last tenant smoked. This is not the fault of the property, but it’s the only thing I can complain about. I’m sure that if we complained we would have received another apartment.

Good facilities not far from the beach and centre. Quiet and clean. The staff was very helpful guiding us on the attractions nearby and how to move around Salou

Very noisy. No one seems to have any respect for anyone. Doesn’t appear to be any security telling people to be quiet.No privacy on balcony.

Need more sun loungers around the pool and a couple of loungers on the balcony would be good. Whilst we were there, most of the apartments were full of young Spanish people - perhaps it's their holiday time but as a family we found this very intimidating in many ways. There were gangs of them - they were noisy, often intoxicated, very rough around the pool areas and made way too much noise at night. We were wakened most mornings with them returning from nights out around 5-6am and they were desperately noisy at this time. Our kids found them very intimidating.

Location was good in that it was a short walk to all the amenities of Salou Apartment size was lovely, including large balcony and well equipped apartment Pools were nice, although a little cold at beginning of our week there - heated up as the week went on Nicely situated outside the busy area with shop etc across the road Walking distance to PortAventura

There was a playground on site which we were excited to try with our toddler but when we found it, it didn’t have what was stated on the picture / description and was very lacking.

The pool was beautiful: clean and very easy to access. Never too busy. Lovely big apartment and very clean. Very secure with door code at entrance, fob to apartment block and then door key.

First day was very hard to stay in the room due very intensive odour, definately hotel shold consider to change bed detergents 🥴 Also what I was not expected is additional deposit that hotel keep during your stay (200€).

Nice and green territory, a lot of shade. Not far away from everything you need.

Thin walls so you can easily hear other people outside especially in the morning. The receptionist was very in a hurry when giving the keys and when I stopped by later for extra sheets she felt annoyed.

We like the layout & space of the apartments. The balconies are bigger than most, the buildings being designed so that it feels private & hardly overlooked. Washing machine, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, all good!
