Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

KuwaitThe bathroom need maintenance as it seems to be old. The bed was so uncomfortable. The noise came from the next room was loud and we couldn’t sleep that night. It is a small hotel so the staff is not big and no one offered to help with the luggage when we checked in but we asked for help while checking out and they provide the help. No coffee machine in the room. Generally, the hotel has a friendly and nice atmosphere and the staff made our stay delightful. But, they need to work on the building and services to make this hotel really outstanding.
I like the sining area, the lobby and the location of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Many thanks to the staff who set us a cake as an anniversary gift it was really appreciated.

United KingdomMy hotel room was a little run down and needed some redecorating in areas due to water damage. The breakfast options was quite limited which was disappointed , and for the value I’d definitely expect some kind of fitness facility. Most disappointingly, I had to borrow an iron + board from the front desk which ruined my work shirt ahead of a business meeting. luckily the suit store opposite had a good replacement at short notice.
modern, clean and the property met all the required criteria for my trip. Pleasant working environment and nice staff who were attentive.

PortugalNot suited for heat waves. Old A/C couldn't handle to really cool down the room at night (the sun was direct trough out all afternoon). The walls needed some painting, and mini fridge made nothing cool. For my luck, I traveled by car and brought my cooler with my pets' food. Breakfast was really basic and pretty bad for vegans (stayed three days and ate it only one day). The lobby is kinda nice, but all the rest isn't in good shape.
Perfect location! Really the best place I stayed in Madrid (this was the 6th time there).

The location is great, right next to all the shops and best restaurants. The rooms are not as big as it looks on the pictures, but it is comfortable enough.

The rooms lacked in view and sunlight , very noisy you can hear everything happening in the hallways. and it felt very one toned to me, which doesn't help with the lack of lighting coming through. At this rate per night Breakfast should ideally be included , other hotels with lower nightly rates offer great Breakfast options.
The location was great ! On the main street and so concenvenient for touring Madrid.
