The apartment is quite tired and could use some good maintenance. Shower has a curtain, not the screen as pictured. The wooden windows are badly rotted which is a real shame. Lots of the furnishings are showing their age. However, we were happy with the price and it is fine for a short stay.

Just over two or three little restaurants, 10 meters from a church, around the corner from the plaza where people and children gather in the late evening = can get loud both at night and in the morning, especially that the windows are old type, single glazed. But if you look for peace and quiet, you probably should stay away from the old town anyway ;)

Great location and just around the corner from the underground parking. Clean, tidy. AC working well. Had everything you'd need and expect from a hotel-type place for a night stay - can't comment on how it is for longer stays, where you prepare your own food, cleaning is needed, etc.

the property managers communication was non existent. they provided information about their opening and closing times (sun-mon 1030-6 am) and for urgent matters call. when I called urgently about the fact the door code was incorrect, there was no answer. the information provided was 1424KEY, in fact it was KEY1424. I called, no answer and I still have not heard from the manager even now 3 days later, passed their opening times for any apology. if you are to run an air bnb you must be available at any time for anything urgent and this made me feel unsafe. the WiFi name is incorrect and password is incorrect. luckily I could sign in using a QR code on the modem.

The service could be better. We reserved for three persons for three nights. Bed linen just for two, blankets and pillow for the third person deliver only for the third nigt. Beeing in the center it is quite noisy. Just for those who are looking for quiet accomodation

The only think is that the code you have to put to open the door is a bit tricky, you have to be really fast, otherwise it shows an error. And a small remark: It would have been nice to have at the kitchen some kitchen paper or salt or oil. So no need to buy a big bottle of oil or salt.

It was really easy to get the keys and the apartment owner was available to help me. She provided me before arrival the whole instruction how to get the keys. The location is super, in the center and everything is reachable in walking. The apartment is well furnished and comfortable inside. I would recommand it

Plumbing problems- leaky bathroom sink connection, only 5 mins hot water in shower, wobbly kitchen tap. These were fixed but still not 100% . Not enough storage space- 3 drawers of chest of drawers used for towels and bed linen. Another storage unit needed for these items. Electric cable cover on floor at window broken- safety issue. Power cut- had to ask a cleaner where fuse box was as it was hidden behind picture map of Malaga! Only 1 cup and 1 teaspoon - 3 mugs delivered after contacting office. Toilet bowl not clean enough- gloves and cloth needed as brush not satisfactory. Asked for another small courtesy bar of soap - denied!!

Great location! Had a great stay. I would really recommend it.I didn't mind the restaurants in the alley, but if someone is not used to Spanish kind of evening lifestyle might find it not ok.

The noise at the weekend was so loud it felt like I was sleeping in a club, there is a club opposite and people queue outside there until midnight, its not only the location but the sound insulation of the building is poor because when I stood in the bathroom I couldn't hear anything. When the party outside stopped outside it moved into the apartment building from 12am to 5am there was a lot of crashing on both the Friday and Saturday night that sounded like people were throwing large object down the flights of stairs and there was a party on the floor above that was even louder than the nightclub across the road there was lots of aggressive shouting that actually scared me a little. While I expected some noise in the city centre. I don't think its reasonable for it to be impossible to sleep from 8pm to 5am. There was also only a hand towel provided (no bath towel) and there was rubbish on the balcony. When I enquired the letting agency asking if i could move to another apartment they didn't respond until 4pm (too late for me to book alterative accomation for the following night) the reply was 'sorry unfortunately we don't have any other apartments'.

The appliances worked.
