We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

RomaniaAlthough overall it was a great experience and the host was overall helpful, there was an incident with the morning coffee one day. My friend is not functional without her morning coffee and one morning I wanted to surprise her and bring her coffee in the room so she will have a start of the day like she is used to at home. When I asked for 2 cups of coffee for the room, the host was rude to me and started being in a very bad mood while making the coffee. I explained that if he said "no coffee in the room" I would have understood and left back to the room. But he started to make the coffee while arguing AT me that it is not normal because if guests adopt this behaviour, they will ask for more coffee than it's included in the breakfast. I also tried (without result) to explain that we will not ask for a second coffee when we come back later to eat, we just want 1 coffee/person, just with a time gap between them and the food. The peak of the argument was him yelling "I am right, you are not right", which was the lowest point of my trip. And no..he was not right. We never wanted to ask for 29393 coffee's in a day. And again, I would have understood if he simply said that the rules are that we cannot take the coffee to the room. We wouldn't have had that unpleasant argument. Anyway..this is a subjective topic and this is why I did not give a bad grade just to lower the overall rank. Except for that episode, the stay was worth it.
The location was great, very close to the beach and shops. The room was very clean and confortable. The balcony was also very nice to sit outside in the morning or in the evening. The breakfast was very good and it really helped to start the day in a good day.

The location is great, very easy to reach walking from the city center, there are many stores and restaurants close to it, only some minutes to get to the beach.
